**What do you like best about Growth-X?**

Nothing. I liked the idea of it when I first signed up. That went away quickly

**What do you dislike about Growth-X?**

I paid over $2,400 for managed LinkedIn services (2 months). The founder didn’t show me a single message that was sent from the campaign. I honestly don’t think he even turned it on. Not only did I not get any results, but he also failed to show me any activity whatsoever.

He showed no interest in learning about the company he was working with and completely ignored the ICP I provided. Instead, he started blasting outreach to random industries. They had promised me 3 to 10 meetings per week. I got zero.

It honestly felt like he just needed my money to fund something else. Eventually, he offered to "figure out" some sort of refund. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund—just something fair to reflect the lack of service, even if he had to subtract labor costs. He said he would get back to me in a few days, then completely ghosted me.

He’s extremely disorganized and clearly couldn’t care less about his clients. On our calls, he’d say things like, "This campaign is going so well," then try to get off the call before I could ask any questions. Easily the weirdest business engagement I’ve ever experienced.

Steer clear. They will burn you.

It didn't solve any problems. It just created new ones.

**What do you like best about Growth-X?**

One of the coolest things about this platform is how it blends LinkedIn automation with real human know-how. You get help with figuring out who to target, crafting your messages, setting up your campaigns, and trying out different approaches to really up those conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Growth-X?**

Potential account restrictions if LinkedIn detects automated behavior. The platform's effectiveness is heavily dependent on LinkedIn's algorithm changes and policy updates.

**What problems is Growth-X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation takes care of handling connection requests and follow-ups, while growth experts are there to give you smart advice to improve your campaigns.

**What do you like best about Growth-X?**

Bringing new ideas to the table for sales tactics.  Some we were aware of, but did not practice.  However, they encouraged us to give it a try.

**What do you dislike about Growth-X?**

Cannot state any at the time.  Our team has enjoyed the help.

**What problems is Growth-X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find good leads and using some of their recommended strategies to reach a conversion.  We've always though of just going for a conversion as quickly as possible, but learned long last business relationships warranted higher sales contracts.

**What do you like best about Growth-X?**

Growth-X stands out because of its amazing team that truly goes above and beyond. They’re incredibly helpful, ensuring that you can fully utilize the product and excel on LinkedIn. The unified inbox feature for managing multiple LinkedIn accounts is a game-changer, streamlining workflows significantly. Plus, the ability to run both lead generation and lead engagement campaigns from one platform makes it a versatile tool.

**What do you dislike about Growth-X?**

One area for improvement is the lack of a straightforward option to create lead lists within the product. The reliance on uploading lists or using Sales Navigator adds extra steps and slows down the process.

**What problems is Growth-X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growth-X makes it much easier to manage outbound and engagement campaigns on LinkedIn, saving time and effort while improving efficiency.

1. An amazing team that puts extra effort into helping you use the most of the product. They go the extra mile to help you do well on Linkedin.

2. Unified inbox for managing multiple LinkedIn accounts. 

3. Option to run lead generation as well as lead engagement campaigns

**What do you dislike about Growth-X?**

There is no easy option to create lead lists within the product. Uploading or depending on sales nav creates further dependencies and makes the process time-consuming.

Making it easier to run outbound and engagement campaigns on LinkedIn
