Collaboration was key throughout the entire process, and Growth Molecules was always receptive to our suggestions, questions, and concerns. They are great partners who take the time to understand your needs and deliver tailored solutions that yield results. The Client Success foundation sessions were manageable for our team to take on in addition to their current workload and the information provided was easy to digest and implement in their day-to-day activities. It was a great recap of Client Success basics that helped our team improve thier skills. Shannon, our instructor, was particularly outstanding! Her teaching style was engaging and informative, making the learning experience enjoyable. Overall, Growth Molecules has been a great partner to us and our employee learning and development initiatives.
