It also helped conceptualize the different responsibilities of a CSM and where time should be spent throughout the work day ### 2. Lots of acronyms, lots of examples. **What do you dislike about Growth Molecules, Customer Success?** Trying to attend live classes was difficult, it was also hard to connect everything to current work but I do not feel as though that was Growth Molecule's issue. **What problems is Growth Molecules, Customer Success solving and how is that benefiting you?** The different acronyms were so helpful in deciding how to approach conversations with clients. I also implemented ending meetings 5 minutes earlier in order to better be ready for my next calls. ### 3. Customer Success roles are innately siloed, so it's hard to know best practices for customer engagements when you're not sure what your colleagues are doing that is successful.
