Even on the Starter Plan, it gives us enough flexibility to build a solid referral program that actually drives new leads. Great solid product that does its core function very well. We have more complex eligibility requirements, so onboarding was slightly longer in order to customize for our use case. But once it was set up, it has been running smoothly. Helped us modernize and automate our outdated referral program that was very manual to manage and entirely living in Google Sheets.
