**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

I like that GroWrk is truly global. I like that they have a nice software, and that you can purchase things from inside the software. I also appreciate that there are warehouses that allow us to store peripherals without extra cost.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

The communication of their support team, although fast, is not always reliable. I found several bugs in the system before work, which can be disruptive, especially during critical processes like onboarding someone. The support team sometimes seems to lack context on what is happening with specific customers, making them feel all over the place instead of dedicated to individual customer needs.

**What problems is GroWrk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroWrk for managing our assets and onboarding/offboarding equipment globally. It solves having to handle warehouses in different countries and setting up machines ourselves, and helps when sending things to people in nations we don't operate in yet.

The portal UI is quite nice, and the A La Carte plan gives you immediate access to the platform, so you can evaluate it right away without having to interact with anyone.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

The platform is quite buggy. If you’re ordering something with custom specs (a MacBook in my case), you often have to wait a long time for them to process your quote. It’s also common to see the specs change after you place the order, even when you select equipment from the existing catalog.

It helps with device lifecycle management in locations where you don’t have a physical presence.

**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

I like GroWrk because they're capable of doing the job well. No one else is gonna do this job as effectively as they have. It's really the only way we have of distributing laptops to new hires in certain countries. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

The only thing I don't love about GroWrk is that sometimes they can be a little expensive.

GroWrk helps us manage laptops in countries without an office, solving the sourcing, distribution, and storage challenges effectively. It's the only way we can distribute laptops to new hires there.

**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

GroWrk has allowed us to have employees around the world by taking the logistical work out of it. GroWrk has handled our equipment deployment incredibly well and provided awesome support for any needs we have had.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

The only downside is having to provide instructions for specific OS builds. We struggled at first to get their techs to make our builds like we needed them. After we built extensive documentation and had some Q & A sessions with their techs, we were off to the races. The builds were quick and to spec. Our users were happy and we are able to remotely access the machines as needed.

**What problems is GroWrk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroWrk has solved a multi-national equipment logistics problem for us. We have employees in areas other than the US and that proved to be problematic for a small business. Getting equipment to international employees did not go as we planned. Once we began working with GroWrk, everything changed. Procurement, setup, and deployment for international resources became very easy to handle and manage. The techs have been great to work with and were able to provide the needed builds after documentation was provided.

I like being able to use one system to retrieve devices from all areas, which simplifies the process of international device retrieval. This feature of GroWrk makes the experience seamless and convenient as it allows for centralized management of device collection across different locations. Additionally, I appreciate that GroWrk is very customizable to my needs, allowing me to use only the necessary features. This high level of customization ensures that the service adapts specifically to my requirements, avoiding the clutter of unnecessary features. Furthermore, the initial setup of GroWrk was very easy, with a quick turnaround time, adding to the positive overall experience.

I find it challenging to understand where a device is in the retrieval process or the timeline for retrieval. There often seems to be a lag with the dashboard updating, which can be frustrating. Additionally, receiving follow-ups regarding a device when the information is already entered in the system can feel repetitive and redundant.

I use GroWrk for international device retrieval with ease through one system and appreciate its customizable features, despite occasional lags and unnecessary follow-ups in the dashboard.

The support for Single Sign-On (SSO) is another feature that I truly appreciate, as it enhances security and simplifies the login process. I greatly appreciate GroWrk's excellent customer service, which has been consistently reliable over the years. At times, the SLAs are defined, but it is not clear when they begin, pause, or are put on hold. This lack of clarity creates uncertainty about when the device is expected to reach the end user.

Easy assignment of assets to employees, good console to view inventory and employee roster, user friendly groups to track different locations. Responsive team members with quick follow up. Transparent quoting on repairs.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

Buying assets from them is substantially more expensive (often 2-3 times more) than buying it yourself and shipping it to their warehouse which can add delays and can be a pain. They rotate you through an account manager quite regularly and sometimes they are on vastly different time zones.

We hire employees internationally and their platform allows to provide hardware support and asset assignment and maintenance in one seamless platform.

I love how quick and attentive the Growrk team is with responding to requests from our team. We use them whenever we have a new international hire and need them to order/send out the laptops for us.

Nothing I necessarily dislike, I do think that the inventory management tools could be better by integrating AI functionality.

the slowness in most of the activities performed, the errors made in shipments that could be avoid by double checking before shipping the assets and the lack of effective communication, some times I get the information from other channels first than from support when I ask them about it

Delays with shipment even if it the device in hand. Overnight shipping doesn't exist even with overnight shipping charges.

Growrk has been instrumental in helping us store laptops across various countries and also assists us with purchasing laptops internationally. As a fully remote company, having reliable storage solutions for our laptops is essential to our operations.

Very clean layout that allows for multiple standards to be met in a single portal. You can manage all your devices (domestic or international) within a single portal, and their support is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

We are currently using the A-la-carte model as their premium service is beyond our price-point. While it is still good and the portal is the same, price is always an issue these days regardless of what SaaS you use.

They allow for us to have an international presence which was otherwise pretty difficult. At this time there don't seem to be many options for international asset management.

**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

My company operates across multiple countries worldwide, and we rely on Growkr to manage the physical aspects of our IT asset fleet (such as laptops, desktops, monitors, etc.). I couldn’t be more pleased to have Growkr as a partner. Managing the entire lifecycle of asset purchasing, shipping, and repair is challenging enough on its own, and doing it across different countries with diverse tax regulations and import fees only adds to the complexity. Growkr, however, makes it all feel effortless, as simple as submitting a ticket. They handle all the back-office work (from purchasing materials to repairs and shipments to employees) seamlessly and transparently for us. I especially appreciate their exceptional support, always accessible and just a Slack message away for any issues or requests. I highly recommend them!

Nothing to complain so far - it's just pay and use.

GroWrk is solving the logistical and administrative challenges of managing a global IT asset fleet. By handling the procurement, shipping, and repair of equipment across multiple countries, they simplify what would otherwise be a complex and time-consuming process, especially given the varying tax laws and import regulations in each region. This benefits me by freeing up significant time and resources. I can rely on GroWrk to manage the back-office tasks seamlessly, ensuring that equipment reaches employees promptly and any issues are resolved with minimal disruption. Their accessible support and streamlined processes make IT asset management feel almost effortless, allowing my team to focus on more strategic tasks.

GroWrk showed their commitment to us and showcased their efforts to fulfil our requirements. We are very pleased by how determined they were to offer us customized services which included setting up assets before shipping them to new hires, a service that they don't usually offer. In conclusion, they are a very reliable company that is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their clients requirements.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

The only complain we have about the services provided by GroWrk is the way they manage their account executives. While using their services, GroWrk has changed the account executive managing our account several times and this has made communication less effective. Having to go through the process of re-stablish the relationship with the new account executive assigned has proved to be time-consuming and challenging for maintaining continuity in our operations.

GroWrk is solving our asset management challeneges by providing us with reliable and efficient Asset Management services. They have been completing our requirements to complete onboarding and offboarding processes and also assisting us with the preparation and configuration of equipment before assigning to new hires. The asset setup process is a additional services they went the extra mile to provide since this is something they don't offer as an official service.

**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

GroWrk has been a great solution for managing IT equipment for our teams across LatAm. GroWrk has helped streamline some of our processes for deploying devices to team members in different locations. The platform is easy to navigate, and the ability to track inventory remotely is helpful.

What I like best about GroWrk is their customer service. Quick to respond and always willing to address any issues or questions we have. Their global coverage is also a big plus, especially as we continue to expand our team across LatAm.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

Area for improvement would be expanding some of the reporting features for better insight on tracking. However, they are always open to receiving constructive feedback on their platform and listen to suggestions for new features.

There are always challenges with managing equipment lifecycle remotely, especially in LatAm. We've experienced challenges but their customer support team is communicative and transparent when addressing challenges.

**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

Through their processes and the stewardship of your account/customer sucess manager - you can expect a consistent experience across your geographic footprint.  My team members whether they are in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Urugay, etc - I can expect they'll receive similar service and Growrk effectively functions like an extension of my team.  This applies to onboarding new employees, collections and returns for repairs or offboarding at the end of an employee tenure.

I am based in Canada with a significant LATAM footprint and this is the main reason I signed up in the first place. 

They listen to my feedback.  I've given product feedback several times and they have documented, listened and put it into practice.  I don't feel like I'm just a long forgotten request in an endless product backlog.  I feel my request will eventually turn into a real feature.

Shared Slack Channels are great for asynchronous communication and I wish more companies would do this!  My CSM and her team always go out of their way to help make sure I have an amazing client experience.  Here I am 3 years later and still very much a happy customer.

**What do you dislike about GroWrk?**

I don't have many issues.  Typically my concerns originate from not having an integration I need - such as our MDM or our inventory system but they have recently released integrations for the inventory system we use.

**What problems is GroWrk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned in my case study (https://growrk.com/case-studies/orium/),O rium moved from a remote-friendly to a remote-first policy. We further wanted to scale fast and benefit from opening their talent pool outside of Canada. Looking to Latin America for talent, we faced the challenge of providing equipment to our new hires fast and reliably.

Growrk talked talked with me to learn how their unique platform and Account Managers could help Orium set up 30 workstations for remote workers in 6 Latin American countries, providing them with a great onboarding experience while maintaining our company’s values and culture.

**What do you like best about GroWrk?**

What I like most about GroWrk is their global reach. They’ve made it incredibly easy to ship and retrieve laptops across continents without any hiccups, consistently meeting our timelines, even in challenging locations. Their end-to-end service is also a major plus. GroWrk handles everything — from procuring and refurbishing devices to secure storage and asset disposal. It’s a full lifecycle management solution that has significantly lightened the load for our IT team.

Their platform is user-friendly, and the automation features have saved us a ton of time. Tracking and managing all of our IT assets has never been simpler. Plus, their customer support is top-notch — the team is always super responsive and ensures we’re covered whenever we need assistance.

Another standout is their flexibility. Whether we’ve needed 10 devices or 100, GroWrk has been able to scale with us seamlessly as we grow. They’ve customized solutions based on our needs, which has been invaluable for our evolving requirements.

If you’re looking for a partner that truly understands remote IT hardware management for a global workforce, GroWrk is definitely worth considering.

Not quite a dislike but their platform offers too many features. It can feel a bit overwhelming if you're just looking for a simple solution. However, once you get familiar with it, you realize the extra tools and options are actually really useful, especially when managing IT assets across different countries. In the end, having more functionality than you think you need actually makes things smoother as your company grows

**What problems is GroWrk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroWrk has really helped us tackle some of the biggest challenges we face in IT asset management for a global workforce. Coordinating shipments, retrievals, and managing devices across different countries used to be a logistical nightmare, but GroWrk’s global reach has taken that burden off our shoulders. Their end-to-end service—from procurement to secure disposal—means we don’t have to worry about managing the lifecycle of our devices, freeing up our IT team to focus on more strategic work. The automation features in their platform have saved us a ton of time and reduced errors, making everything run more smoothly. Plus, as we continue to grow, GroWrk’s ability to scale with us has been invaluable. Whether we need a handful of devices or hundreds, they’ve been able to keep up with our needs seamlessly, which has made a big difference in how we manage IT on a global scale.

For our company, Growrk has been the solution we needed to effectively manage our inventory of assets across the United States and LATAM. They have provided personalized service and support. Our current Account Rep have been doing a tremendous work, always going above and Beyond.

When we started working with GroWrk a few years ago, they frequently reassigned our Account Rep, but after some feedback, they have been consistent with the latest rep we were assigned to.

GroWrk is helping our company addessing several challenges in IT Asset Management. With Growrk we have a more centralized tracking and inventory management for tracking all IT assets in the US and LATAM. Also, Growrk has simplified the procurement process for IT assets and replacement and set up of equipment for new hires.

The only recommendation I would have is to shorten equipment delivery times, although I understand they have a lot of customers and try to do their best to get them all there.

Today, we only use the services in the US, and Growrk has an agile service combined with incredible ease there. Our CSM (Arlette) serves us very well and is always concerned with helping us in the best possible way. The company is also always open to feedback and brings us continuous improvements.

Most of our experience has been positive, but I think there is room for improvement in the inventory flow and display.

Growrk is open to continual improvement of their product, and open to honest constructive feedback. Their platform and user experience has kept getting better and better over the almost year I have been using them. They have really helped us get hardware in the hands of our growing company in a timely manner.
Special shoutout to our CSM & IT team for their willingness to be there every step of the way.

Reporting, & inventory database flexibility could use some additional work. However, like I said they are willing to implement many featuresets when asked. Even if they are complicated or take time to develop.

GroWrk makes life super easy when it comes to Device management. In organizations where they do not have a lot of budget, it is a great tool to do "Device Management" jobs

GroWrk offers very responsive answers and is very detailed when providing quotes, items in stock, etc.

I would say one of the downsides would be the long and inconsistent lead times when ordering devices. But, I know that this is all specific to the device, so it is just good to know beforehand when placing the orders.

The platform provides the ability to purchase new or send from inventory. It also provides the ability to collect or swap devices. With just a few clicks, GroWrk handles the heavy lifting from the backend.
