**What do you like best about Growcer?**

The customization features are limited.  This platform not provide guidance for beginners their support team is not co-operative. They are unable to resolve any glitches that occur resulting in an user experience.

**What do you dislike about Growcer?**

Growcer which provides convenience and supports are limited. The platform falls short when it comes to providing customization options for stores, which stops businesses from showcasing their brand identity.

**What problems is Growcer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growcers are not too quick to respond and attentive. There is room for improvement in last mile services to ensure more reliable delivery, for customers.
