Enhances Customer Experience, But Needs More Customization **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Kenneth M. **Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026 **What do you like best about Growave?** I really appreciate Growave for enhancing our website's customer experience with features like reviews, wishlist, and a loyalty program. I like that it integrates different efforts on our website into one place, creating a dedicated ecosystem for user experience. I find the simplicity of each function great, as they are relatively easy to follow. The wishlist feature has already shown positive results, potentially indicating a more friendly customer journey. The Free Plan was a key factor in our switch because of its simplicity and scope. Setting up Growave was straightforward. **What do you dislike about Growave?** I consider the Free plan is a bit limited in terms of customization, and there is not enough room to modify it by yourself. Maybe having some more resources about how to take advantage of the Free Plan. Their support team is already quite helpful and active, but that makes us a bit dependent. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** n/a ### 2. The only negative to mention is the price and perhaps more so the inability to modify the price plan when not utilizing or not needing all the features that a store is still charged for. **What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loyalty points Earning and Redeeming store credits as points at Checkout. Alot of the single action events to earn points like subcribe to email, facebook and instagram follow etc are automated as well as points self monitoring, redeeming at check outfor users making purchases, Auto Expiration at 365 days or us as a store along with notifying the User of the expiration on two intervals etc. ## Growave Discussions -
