What do you like best about Grow.com?

The data integrations are very nice. It is often hard to find tools that have these built-in.

Some key basic features which I don't understand with how much effort has been put into the product can be missed.

Multiple filters on dashboards

being able to sort on multiple fields and have it work

"Amazing Experience using Grow"

Thanks for your review, John! We love it when customers use Grow to get insights from their data. Knowing what drives growth or what causes churn, for example, is extremely powerful and helpful when making business decisions.

With refresh rates, if you haven't already, you can adjust the refresh interval of your metrics. To do so: Edit metic > go to the Chart tab > click "Refresh Rate" (in the bottom left corner) > and choose the desired settings.

Before modifying the refresh rates, you may want to consult with our support team at support@grow.com to make sure they are set to the most optimal refresh rates, without running into API request limitations.

"Not as automated as expected"

What do you like best about Grow.com?

Once trained, we were able to create many metrics from the many platforms we use on a daily basis without much manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grow.com?

Understanding how to build out metrics took a long time and often required working with support or using SQL. We found a few apps we use that didn't have native integration, and at times data imported was not clear as to what it was representing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grow.com?

Its Integration with various platforms. We can create a report that is not possible in salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grow.com?

Sometimes it takes time to process a query or Data in grow. It is not so presentable when we embed the Grow report in salesforce. It is hard for us to manage the fonts and the layout, and it would be great to integrate 8x8 with Grow. So it will be easy for us to pull reports from that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Grow.com?

I enjoy the ease of use and ability to manipulate the data within the tool itself. It is easy to use for a beginner to create simple charts. But also has a greater ability to manipulate complex data if you're more familiar with the product. Another small thing that is really cool is that you can change the colors to match the brand that you are working with. As an agency, this is great to be able to show the client their data with the next level of personalization and making it really feel like it's party of their brand. What do you dislike about Grow.com?

The number of apps you can integrate with could definitely expand. And you have to be pretty familiar with where to find the data in the tool you're integrating with otherwise it is really easy to get lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What's excellent about Grow is you can use it with simple training on it, but you can also take it to another level if you're more familiar with how to use the product. Having one place to see our performance from different data sources. We may have some data in Google ads, other data in our CRM and other data in a spreadsheet, etc. But Grow allows us to gather all of this data together so we can show these elements within the same dashboard. "Amazing value and support for the money"

What do you like best about Grow.com?

What made Grow ideal for a small(er) business like ours is the fact they provide all three components of a traditional data warehouse solution under one roof: warehouse, ETL, and BI. We were able to engage a single company to handle all of these services without any prior knowledge of cloud computing, business intelligence, etc.

The BI interface is much cleaner and easier to work with than another service that we have worked with. We have used Amazon Quicksight in the past and it always left me wanting more. I have not gotten that with Grow.

The ETL features that Grow provides are on par if not better than a lot of the "big boys" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grow.com?

I will occasionally encounter some user experience or user interface issues. For example, some of the SQL syntax highlighting/auto-completion will not work. Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens. What problems is Grow.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ultimately we were looking for a business intelligence solution. We have quite a bit of data but with no real way to visualize and exhibit this information to stakeholders. We are currently looking to cross-reference application metrics/KPI's with sales and eCommerce numbers. We have never been able to view these figures in tandem before. Already we have had a few "Aha!" moments when dissecting this information. It has been incredibly enlightening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid app, Great Integrations and Powerful ETL"

What do you like best about Grow.com?

The intuitive ETL interface with no-code options and SQL functionality is excellent for scrubbing, validating, transforming, and joining data from all our company systems. New updates and fixes are released frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grow.com?

I would like to have some options for organizing dashboards (our list is getting pretty long). I wish there were some more options for quick dashboard filters: being able to apply filters to only select metrics and easy on/off toggle to make dashboards more flexible. What do you like best about Grow.com?

The platform allows to easily pull data and build metrics without SQL. So it brings a lot of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grow.com?

The dashboard U.I is missing some basic options that are offered on Google data studio. For example, you can't display the % of each slice in. stacked bar chart.

There are also a few key connectors missing like Klaviyo and other ecom services.
