Grow makes it relatively easy to spin up dashboards without needing a full IT department. The UI is clean, the drag‑and‑drop functionality is straightforward, and the flexibility to pull in different data sets has been helpful for us. Once dashboards are live, they’re reliable and user‑friendly for our broad customer base. I also appreciate the transparency around cost compared to other providers that bake in heavy managed‑service fees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support response times could be faster, especially when we’re trying to get dashboards live for clients on a tight timeline. We were initially told there were more POS integration options than what’s currently available — the list feels a bit thin. I wish Grow had more partnerships with additional POS providers and broader retail tech vendors. Finally, while self‑service is a selling point, it would help if there was an option for more proactive implementation support for complex rollouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grow integrates with most of our Marketing Data sources and allows for custom connections for those that are not directly compatible. The UI is easy to use, the data transformation tools are great if you aren't proficient with SQL, and the support team is helpful and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the tools and metric functionality can be limiting. There is a limited selection of metric types that are compatible with data explorer, requiring some creative workarounds to get specific visualizations (Candlestick/ herring charts used for stock pricing would be amazing). Also, the character limit for dashboard titles is too restrictive and seems unnecessary. It would also be great to have folders for the dataset menu to maintain organization at scale. Create new reports goes easy. Set up can be changed within seconds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With larger data runs, the speed of refreshing takes a longer time than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grow.com offers an incredibly intuitive and visually appealing dashboard that makes data analysis simple, even for non-technical users. Its drag-and-drop interface allows me to create interactive visualizations quickly, pulling data from multiple sources like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and spreadsheets in real time.
I especially appreciate the automated reporting and alert features that keep the team informed without manual intervention. The platform’s flexibility and scalability make it ideal for both small teams and enterprise environments, enabling clear, data-driven decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is great overall, but connecting and syncing data sources can sometimes take longer than expected. Handling large datasets or complex dashboards may slightly affect performance. I’d also like to see more flexibility in data transformation features and clearer documentation for advanced users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it the most that Grow.com makes it easy to see all my data in one place, no need to navigate to different places to access my data. The dashboards look clean and simple not puzzled at all, and it helps me keep track of key metrics without wasting time switching between different tools. Once it’s set up, it’s actually pretty simple and easy to use for quick insights and reports. I work in the aviation industry and we used Grow.com mainly for tracking flight and maintenance data. It really helped us bring everything in one place like customer feedback, delay reports and daily performance numbers.
Apart from that it’s simple to use, even for people who are not from IT. Making dashboards was very fast and easy and I could see updates every day without doing manual work. We connected data from sheets and our internal systems easily.
Only thing is, sometimes big data loads slow and few filters take time to apply. But overall it saved a lot of time for us and gave our team clear visibility on how operations are going.
I would recommend it to any aviation team who want easy reporting without too much setup it is almost everything at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way I like things about Grow.com in the same way there are a couple of things that doesn’t meet my expectations such as Sometimes it feels a bit slow especially when the data is loading or updating. Setting things up in the beginning was also kind of confusing, it took me a while to figure out everything. I wish it was just a bit smoother and faster overall, that’s all. Grow. com makes it easy to connect various data sources and turn raw data into insightful visualizations. The drag and drop dashboard builder are user friendly and the flexibility to use SQL for more complex queries is a big plus. It empowers teams to make faster, data driven decisions without relying heavily on analysts or IT support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
WHILE THE PLATFORM IS POWERFUL IT CAN STRUGGLE WITH LARGE OR COMPLEX DATASETS ESPECIALLY WHEN PERFORMING MULTI SOURCE JOINS. SOME DASHBOARD LOADING TIMES CAN BE SLOWER THAN EXPECTED ALSO THRE CUSTOMIZATIONS OPTIONS FOR VISUALS AND FILTERS COULD BE EXPANNDED TO OFFER MORE CONTROLOVER THE USER EXPERIENCE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Grow.com is how it simplifies data visualization and reporting for non-technical users. The platform connects seamlessly to multiple data sources and makes it easy to build interactive dashboards without deep coding knowledge. I also appreciate its real-time data updates, custom metrics, and the drag-and-drop interface, which help teams quickly turn raw data into actionable insights. It’s especially useful for decision-making because it gives visibility across departments in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow.com is great for creating dashboards quickly, but it could improve in areas like data loading speed, version control, and advanced visualization customization. Sometimes making fine design adjustments or combining complex datasets can be a bit tricky without technical help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
