Grow.com is the best and simple data migration platform with excellent updated graphs, amazing strategic planning ability and the reporting function is very well working.
The data transformation through this tool is quite easy and productive, through the help of the products features like Drag and Drop, data calculations and many others.
Grow.com integrates many different data sources to bring in various data which are from different sources like Social media platform and easily combine the data.
Simple company metrics sharing and data visualization, sales reporting and the customers technical support is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No much to dislike, but for non technical users the tool learning curve may be somehow stressing but with time things works nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow has many automatic connections for your data sources and many 1-click, pre-built metrics so it takes no time at all to get up and running and build your first dashboard. The interface is intuitive but very powerful. There are so many ways to display and slice your data. It is very easy to share dashboard with users and to give users varying levels of permission. Visually, it is stunning and it get people talking and thinking. For our department, it was just what we needed to bring marketing, programs and finance together. The connection with Marketo is not as stable and we were hoping. This is due mostly to Marketo's rate limit and the shear amount of data the Marketo API has to pull. If you keep you calls small (7-14 days at a time) or upload weekly static smartlists instead, it works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow is a very powerful, yet simple product to use to solve problems, visualize the company health, and allow for informed decision-making. It allows you to pull data in from practically any software, and compare against each other in various metric styles. The customer support is one of the best in industry - not only do they quickly solve the problems and concerns you have, they will also provide best practice advice to help the users develop their Grow skills. Grow has released a few powerful new feature releases over the years, and they can be very resource-heavy to implement. Although the new features are very useful and important to implement, you have to consider how much time you are willing to contribute to overhaul dashboards & datasets in order to implement. From my point of view, it should be noted that I love this software in large proportions, because it is totally easy to use, mentioning that its functions are scalable. And also that the business growth program of its user is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be amazing if this software supported an increase in the count of the integrations being encouraged, rather than reducing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When stakeholders want advanced metrics and data based on our Salesforce database, I hated going to Salesforce because reporting is so limited. Anything outside of the limited feature set would have to be done manually in Excel. With Grow, you can simply do so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was a little unintuitive at first, but after a little trial & error I got it figured out. Would love some more help articles and example articles (e.g., "how to get the most common [sales/customer success/revenue/etc.] metrics out of your CRM data"). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that all of our info is so easily accessible, and the software isn't terribly difficult to comprehend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more native app integrations. We had to get some custom API work done for some of our software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with our CRM, which is surprisingly hard to find. Intuitive report-building UI. Customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dashboard filters and customization is a little lacking compared to competitors like Data Studio. Also not as many integrations as some other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow.com can be deployed on Android devices or be used on Cloud-Based solution providing, especially of effective data transformation and calculation.
The solution enable the users data to easily accessible and help import data from multiple platforms and very effective on sales operations reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From the initial implementation of the product i have never detected any problem apart from the minor general issues like different other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really like how we can merge multiple data sources into one graphical metric that shows the key information we want to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their software has been greatly enhanced since we first started using Grow but one of they features we have been asking for since the beginning they still haven't rolled out. We would love if the dots or lines in some of the chart types had conditional formatting. Meaning that if the number is above a certain point then make the line green but if the data is below a certain number then make it red etc...
Also, we feel that the software is really expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow.com its a unique product with effective and functional features and Drop and Drag interface and easy tools to customize.
The data source connectors are quite effective, and easy for the user to pull in data from other platform like the social media platforms.
Faster and excellent data transformation with Grow.com, also nice and easy for data visualization, analytics and the scheduling its good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No problem that i can remember, Grow.com was simple to learn and the free version was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the automatic API connections to so many data sources and the ease of use to create meaningful and visual data representations. We have been impressed with how our employees have reacted to being accountable for scores and metrics that are visually available to all team members. Once they understand the accountability and who is responsible for which metrics, productivity has increased and people enjoy their jobs better and understand how to improve their performance to increase their standing in the company. I like being able to take raw data from QuickBooks Online that typically you can only see in a basic report, spreadsheet, or simple chart, and transform that data to mean something visually to our organization. The most exciting metric I built was centered around cash flow and liabilities to show the heartbeat of our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that the app on Android does not work well. Other than that the software is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing they threatened credit collection after I had cancelled my contract a year ago Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, they are literally not together at all, I cancelled my contract a year ago, they emailed me today threatening legal action - like honestly? is this a company you would business with? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The login works
The payment worked

UNRELIABLE: I just spend hours building a Dataset for a Dashboard. Then it startet to crash – and all I did just got deleted. Hours of work just gone. Not once - but 5 times.
SLOW: They have the slowest spreadsheet I have ever seen. It takes 3-4 seconds just to open a field to look up a formula. Saving an entry (formula) also takes 3-4 seconds. That is so frustrating. It takes forever to build something meaningful. I have a fiber connection (>1GB). So it is not the connection.
BUGGY: When you hit save it does not mean that it actually gets saves. Sometimes it just doesn't save and all I did was lost.
LOCK-IN: The Base-Price is $1000 / Month and they only sell subscriptions for an entire year. I guess otherwise they all their customers will leave after a month. With this model they just lock you in for an entire year.
I have written to their support and will update here whether they can fix it or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our onboarding point of contact, Pamela. She's amazing! We were able to bring all our questions and she either helped point us in the right direction, assisted in troubleshooting, and for the occasional bug, was quick to get it fixed. Our team has felt supported every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only a couple months into using Grow, so we're still learning. No major issues to report so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow's unique Mongo connector has great performance and it's a massive selling point that not many other BI tools can even compete with. We are also huge fans of the editor- it ain't pretty but it works really well and the new version has incredible performance! Just incredible work and passion went into to making it and it really shows though. We also appreciate that Grow does not charge per "seat" which is an absolute sham that other companies try to pull. Because of all this, Grow a perfect fit for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The UI doesn't have much of a visual hierarchy that would make it more fluent to navigate.
2. The pricing is too high! I know there are costs but our db is doing the real work with the aggregations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that it auto populates and once a metric is setup I never have to touch it again and I get all the insights of our business at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As someone who lives in spreadsheets, there are some funcationality that is easy to do in a spreadsheet that I find cumbersome to sort out in the setup of different metrics and data sets. Would be cool if a lot of the same formula functions from excel/google sheets translated well in this format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow supports integration with a broad range of data sources, including some not offered by other major players in the business intelligence (BI) space. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and powerful. Support team is quick to respond to questions and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow appears to be client-side intensive which can result in lagging and slow response times if you're attempting to edit metrics on a lower-end machine. When you create a new metric from a dataset all reports within the dataset are copied over. I would prefer to be able to select one so I don't have to manually delete all the reports I don't need. I would love to be able to create metric templates so I can change the template and all metrics based on it would change. We have 50+ metrics that are identical except for the employee they belong to. If we want to make a change we have to change all 50 metrics manually, one at a time. 1. Grow can connect to a huge number of data sources, from marketing to databases to financial data.
2. It's far easier to make charts based on multiple sources in Grow than in any other tool I've tried. It allows you to transform, mix and match your data to get just the type of reporting you need.
3. The dashboards and charts simply look great. When you're trying to tell a story through data, this matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pretty minor but Grow is missing a few extra options for controlling how charts look, the axis labels etc that could make life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow is at first a bit hard to grasp, but once you get the hang of it - it allows for much more than conventional Dashboard software can offer.
To speed of the process it’s good to know, their capable staff is always at your disposal when need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow is quite expensive; one of the most expensive cloud based software used by our company and therefore not very accessible. A shame, as I think many startups could benefit from the good it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grow has built-in connectors to just about every SaaS tool that we use, and our engineers were able to wire up a custom integration for our own internal tooling. Other BI tools expect you to find ways to connect your data sources which can be cumbersome and expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few aspects of the software can be a bit buggy at times, but the frustration is nothing compared to what I had when I was trying to use other BI tools. Grow isn't perfect, but it's head and shoulders above the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although they're still working out occasional performance issues, Grow is a robust analytics dashboard solution with a wide array of marketing platform integrations that serve our needs most of the time. They continually make updates and improvements to their metrics builder experience, reducing the learning curve and helping us get new dashboards spun up easier/faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't envy the task of Grow's dev team in the performance department. Platform performance is definitely an issue that they're aware of and are making continual improvements. And if you're working with huge data sets, pack a lunch. That said, I imagine this is pretty common among BI platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is fairly turnkey, and the support teams are pretty great at responding quickly to inquiries and helping you solve how to join data to present it in a meaningful way. It's an amazing stopgap for companies that are small to medium sized that don't currently store than own data in a data warehouse or have access to the more advanced report building features of GA360 and Google Query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you need custom reports on a consistent basis, the platform isn't always well suited depending on how much information you need to edit. We actually moved into a template system, but because Grow is evolving their platform so quickly, we're finding that things increasingly break.
It can also be a little slow at peak times if you're not storing items in their data warehouse. A lot of our data happens to fall into that category, but it's strictly because there would be a sizable effort to convert our templates over to that new format that wasn't available when we first became a customer.
