## About GroupTogether
GroupTogether is a digital group gifting platform that enables teams, organizations and communities to create shared cards, collect contributions and send eGift Cards in one place. The platform provides tools for coordinating group messages, managing payments and delivering digital gifts in a structured and consistent workflow. GroupTogether is used across corporate, education, nonprofit and community settings. Typical use cases include employee milestones like work anniversaries, birthdays, team celebrations, farewells, onboarding, holidays, weddings, new babies and other shared occasions where many people want to sign a card or contribute to a gift. The platform replaces manual processes like circulating paper cards, tracking contributions or handling reimbursements. Key features include: - Digital group cards that allow participants to add messages, photos and GIFs. - Simple sharing through a link that can be posted in chat tools, email or internal platforms. - Optional money collection so organizers can gather funds securely for a gift. - Access to a catalog of more than 150 eGift Cards through the AnyCard, which allows recipients to choose their preferred retailer. - Automatic delivery of the final card and gift to the recipient, either digitally or as a printable version. GroupTogether also provides a Bulk eGift Card solution for organizations that need to distribute many eGift Cards at once. This feature supports large employee reward programs, client recognition, holiday gifting or marketing incentives. It includes: - Batch sending to individuals or groups. - Personalization options for messages and company branding. - Scheduling tools for planned or recurring distributions. - Tracking tools that show delivery status and completion. The platform supports multiple payment needs. Organizers can fund a gift themselves (e.g. paid for by their company) or invite colleagues to contribute towards the gift. Payments are processed securely and contributions are visible to the organizer in real time. Recipients receive their group card and AnyCard instantly and can redeem their preferred retailer directly. GroupTogether is designed for distributed teams and hybrid workplaces where coordination often occurs online. By standardizing the process of collecting messages and contributions, the platform helps avoid missed signatures, manual tracking or delays common in traditional group gifting. It also creates a record of activity that can support HR programs, employee engagement initiatives or recognition workflows. The company serves users globally across a wide range of industries. The platform continues to expand its features to support digital gifting, team communication and coordinated group celebrations.

## GroupTogether Reviews
  ### 1. Seamless, Simple Card Sharing with Great Customisation Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Being able to seamlessly create a card and share it with our colleagues to write a message. Really simple user experience, and it gets the work done. Also has great selection of card cover and also options to customise it as well.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Having to pay for the card if we are not collecting gifts. Not a big selection of gift cards. The gift cards available are often hard to understand what providers are included in it without having to click into them and read up more about it. Would love to get more promotions and discounts for frequent users of this service.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to collate messages from colleagues that doesn't work in the same location, so more people can join in and write a message to the card.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hello,

So glad to hear you're finding GroupTogether seamless and simple - that's exactly what we strive for!

Really appreciate the feedback on pricing and gift card selection - we hear you and are always trying to partner with more retailers. If you are not sure what gift the recipient will want, we recommend giving them the anycard (which they can swap for any of our retailers).

We're also working on some exciting ways to reward our frequent users — it's coming your way soon, so watch this space! 👀

Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback.

  ### 2. Effortless Group Gifting Without the Money-Collecting Hassle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kareena W. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like how easy it is to set up a group gift. There’s no need to collect money from everyone or wait for it to arrive in my own bank account.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing, really. I can’t think of anything to say.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the hassle of pooling money together, waiting for everyone to contribute and then take money out, and transferring it all into one bank account where a single person has to be responsible for it and for getting the gift.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you so much for your lovely review, it really made us smile! 😊

We strive to simplify the group gifting process and eliminate the need for money collection and management.

Best,

  ### 3. Fantastic Tool with Flexible Gift Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It’s a great platform for collating contributions and messages across cross-department initiatives, such as farewells, birthdays, milestones, and other celebrations. I really like how easy it is to use, along with the automated tracking and reminders, and the flexible gift options. There’s so much to choose from, which makes it simple to find something that fits the occasion.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

The design options feel somewhat limited to what’s currently available, and I think this would be a great opportunity to improve the feature by adding more customization—such as templates that can be fully customized.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a practical solution for managing group gifts in a professional environment. It takes away the burden of manually chasing and following up with people, since many of these tasks are fully automated.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GroupTogether! We're glad to hear that you find the platform easy to use and appreciate the flexible gift options.

FYI:

We create more designer card templates each month
You can create your own card covers using our options to upload your own or using our tools to add a GIFT, or using our easy Ai tool that let's you create anything, including adding a photo of your friend and telling the Ai to create a fantastical image - so fun!
Also - we've just released the option to send eGift Cards automatically scheduled for birthdays or work anniversaries so you don't forget.

Kindest regards

  ### 4. Effortless Group Gifting with GroupTogether

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessi C. | 2015-2016 Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like the ease of use of GroupTogether, which makes setting it up very easy. I appreciate the reminder emails, which help keep everything on track. The card signing feature is valuable, along with the availability of gift cards. I also use it for organizing a group card and monetary gift for a virtual team, benefiting from asynchronous gift organizing. The system handles money so each person sends their own without needing reimbursement, and I like that the contributions remain anonymous, so it's not evident who contributed money and who only signed.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I find the design variety of cards lacking. I'd like to see more design options and more ability to customize designs.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether solves asynchronous gift organizing, ensuring anonymity and eliminating the need to reimburse the organizer.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Jessi

Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback. I hope this suggestion helps - You can create infinite card designs with our options to upload your own, upload a GIF or create an image with our Ai tool. You can even upload a photo of your friend and use the Ai to turn them into a rockstar, a sky diver or anything your imagination can dream up. It's so fun and personal.

That said, we're always adding more designs that are ready to roll.

Thanks so much

  ### 5. Seamless and affordable Card Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelica C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like GroupTogether because it was very easy to create a digital card and share the link with my colleagues for them to participate. At the end of the process, it provided me with a very good summary of how much had been collected and all the finalised card details, which I could then share with the person it was destined for. Additionally, the ability to use predesigned templates made the process smooth and fast. Setting it up was also very easy; I just had to create an account with some basic information and select a predesigned template.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether makes it easy to create and share digital cards with colleagues. It offers predesigned templates for quick and smooth processing and provides affordable or free options for contributions without shipping costs.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Angelica,

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GroupTogether! We're thrilled to hear that you found it easy to create a digital card and that the predesigned templates made the process smooth and fast.

Here's to many more cards to come! 🎉

  ### 6. Effortless Card Coordination for Large Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leighton D. | HR Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like how GroupTogether was super easy to set up, making it convenient to send something meaningful in just a couple of minutes. It made a great impact, and I appreciate that it's a one-time payment instead of a subscription model. The experience was really good, making me look forward to using it again.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Honestly, nothing. It was exactly what I needed it to be.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to get team members from different parts of the country to sign a card for someone going through a hard time. It's quick and easy to set up in minutes, making the gesture meaningful to the recipient.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Leighton,

Thank you for the positive feedback!

  ### 7. Easy to Use and Pressure-Free Group Giving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It’s easy to use, and each person’s contribution amount is hidden from the rest of the group. That way, people can give what they can afford without feeling any social pressure.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

It's hard to get assistance from real person on time, I had some technical issue last time and needed immediate help, but I had no choice instead of waiting for reply. People need to pay fees when withdrawing cash.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s especially helpful nowadays, since so many people are working remotely and it can be really hard to collect signatures in person. It also helps with time management: the platform sends automated email reminders to contributors, so the organiser doesn’t have to keep chasing people down or feel like a debt collector.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're glad to hear that you find GroupTogether easy to use and appreciate the privacy it provides for contribution amounts. We apologize for the delay in providing assistance with your technical issue. We are constantly working to improve our customer support and will take your feedback into consideration. Regarding the withdrawal fees, we strive to keep our costs as low as possible while maintaining the security and convenience of our service.

Just so you know, we have real people (not bots) in the US and Australia and usually respond very quickly during business hours.

Kindest regards

It's such an easy and effective way of getting a large amount of friends, colleagues, and loved ones to celebrate someone in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I can't think of any at the moment. It's a pretty straightforward process.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped ensure that all team members on my team are included during a milestone in their life - whether that be a birthday, promotion, or major life event.

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether super easy to use, which is important for me. It really helped me pull together money for a gift card and give that money to the intended recipient. The user experience is extremely easy to walk through. I also appreciate that the process was 100% seamless and the tool works independently of any software, with the exception of the Google OAuth integration.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

There was nothing I disliked about the service

GroupTogether made it easy to pool money for a gift card and distribute it, especially with remote work. The user experience is extremely easy, and the process was seamless.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Having team members all over Australia when the time comes that I need to organise collections for milestones both work and personal; the Group Together platform takes all the stress out of it. Super easy to use when setting up and when finalising and sending to teammates.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about the platform as yet.

  ### 11. Easy Sign-Up and Quick eCard Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** H N. | Data Modeler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It was very easy to sign up and create the eCard I was after.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

The only confusion was around how to contribute money to the eCard, as the process wasn’t very clear. It’s great that contributions can now be made directly through the website instead of sharing bank account details with contributors.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s really easy to create a farewell eCard for a colleague using the helpful templates.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're SO glad to hear that you found it easy to sign up and create the Card you wanted!

We appreciate your feedback about the contribution process, and we are continuously working to improve the clarity of this process for our users.

We're so glad that's now much clearer and smoother with contributions made directly through the website.

No more sharing bank details! 🙌

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I appreciate the convenience of having a group of people contribute to a virtual card with GroupTogether. It’s efficient for everyone since multiple people can sign at the same time, which saves me time and eliminates the risk of losing a paper card. The option to add a gift is also a great feature, as it reduces the amount of time needed to prepare for a farewell card and gift. The initial setup was easy, which makes it accessible for everyone.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I wish there could be more designs for the farewell option.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether's virtual card lets multiple people sign simultaneously, saving prep time for farewell cards and gifts and reducing the risk of losing a paper card. It's efficient and convenient for group contributions.

**Reviewed by:** Val C. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether very efficient for gifting staff on their birthdays since it allows scheduling deliveries ahead of time. The card feature is my favorite; I can add gifs and pictures. It’s easy to pass around for contributions and to conveniently schedule delivery time. I think its collaborative nature is fantastic and it definitely saves time. The birthday cards also help by combining everyone's contribution in one link, making it easy to see who has contributed. The setup was easy too.

  ### 15. Effortless Gift Coordination, Minor Access Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah R.

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that GroupTogether is an online platform because there's no need to deal with physical cash. It's also easy to email details to other people, which makes organizing a group gift simple. Additionally, the initial setup of GroupTogether was easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether to digitally collect money for group gifts at work, making it easier than handling cash. It's easy to email others, and the setup was quick. It simplifies contributions for office events.

  ### 16. Effortlessly Manage Organizational Milestones

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eloise K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether for organizational milestones like farewells, retirements, and birthdays. I appreciate that it provides a platform allowing everyone from different locations to sign a card online, avoiding the hassle of mailing a physical card around. It also efficiently manages and compiles gift contributions. I like the ability to manage these contributions safely, and I enjoy that the recipient has the option to send a thank you message. The initial setup was very simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Maybe the ability to list a number of email addresses as the recipients. This would help for project style cards.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether provides a platform for everyone across the country to sign a card digitally, avoiding the hassle of mailing physical cards, and it seamlessly compiles gift contributions.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hazzah! Wish granted. You can actually add multiple email addresses so we can invite and remind people. The only small issue is that we won't know that Kate Jones has responded on kate@work.com and will keep sending weekly reminders to kate@home.com unless she clicks "no thanks" on the other invitations. But easily done

Kindest regards

  ### 17. GroupTogether Makes Group Gifting Effortless at Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jewel H. | Quality Improvement Specialist Risk Adjustment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I have only used GroupTogether in the workplace so far. GroupTogether is a great and easy way to get coworkers to pitch in without the hassle of having to remind the team to sign the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I have not come across any downsides, the process is very simple.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past we would send an email for our team to send funds in. GroupTogether not only easy to work with, it’s also aesthetically better with getting to choose the card type too.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi

That's so interesting. I'll make sure we take another look at how it shares via text message.

Also - we agree 100% that having the card look like a card rather than just a message board feels so much nicer and more like a keepsake.

Kindest regards

  ### 18. Easy to Use, Great GIFs and AI-Powered Message Refinement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Easy to use, it is not a restricted website for my organisation so my peers at work can also use it. I love the GIFs and use of AI to help refine messages.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

In Australia, I believe we can't purchase gifts/gift cards through the platform which limits it's use. It could have an even broader set of GIFs available to use.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether presents a very simple, easy to use platform where employees and people can be recognised, rewarded, missed or remembered. Particularly in this digital age where it is much harder to organise a physical card that has messages from a whole team, it is super useful to have a digital card alternative.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, we love hearing that you and your team find the platform easy to use and enjoy the features like GIFs and AI-powered message refinement.

We actually do offer gift cards in Australia! You can choose from a great range of retailers or use our AnyCard to let the recipient pick what they love most.

On the GIFs -there are actually loads more available! Just use the search bar to find exactly what you're looking for. 😊

Best regards,

  ### 19. Effortless Group Gifting with Minor Wishlist

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like how easy GroupTogether was to use. It was great for arranging a group gift and sending it to a large number of people, with most engaging in the process. I also appreciate the ability to collect funds for a gift while having the card signed. It was a real time saver, especially when unsure of what gift to buy, offering options like choosing a gift card or giving funds directly to the person. The initial setup being very easy is another plus.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

It would be great if there was a wider variety of choice for gifts in the travel section, as well as more choice for the images to use on the front of the card. Just more images to choose from for each occasion, farewell, baby showers, birthday etc.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find GroupTogether easy for arranging group gifts and collecting funds, saving time on gift choices. It engages a large number of people and simplifies signing cards.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Yay!! We're glad to hear that you found GroupTogether easy to use and that it saved you time on arranging group gifts and collecting funds.

We love that.

We appreciate your feedback about the variety of choice for gifts and images, and we'll take that into consideration for future improvements.

On the card design front - did you know you can use our magic card cover creator to make something completely unique? We love uploading a photo of the recipient (their LinkedIn profile works a treat!), then telling us how to magic it up, turn them into a rockstar, a superhero, a mythological god surrounded by angels... the options are endless! You can also add a GIF to the front cover or upload your own cover completely. And the card is fully editable even after creation!

We hear you on wanting more retailers -we're always working on expanding our partnerships to bring you more of your favourite shops! In the meantime, if you're not sure what to give the recipient, an AnyCard is a great option -they can swap it for any retailer of their choice from our full range of partners. It's valid for 3 years with a diminishing balance, so they can spend it whenever they wish and in whatever amounts they like. 😊

  ### 20. Intuitive UI/UX and Convenient Group Contributions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

The UI/UX is intuitive for me as an organiser, from setting up the card and choosing the card interface to scheduling when it gets sent out. It’s also easy for other people to use when they’re contributing to the card. The pricing model, along with the option for anyone to contribute money, is really convenient—especially when I’m organising a large group to chip in on the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

When I use the AI intelligence option to generate a message for people contributing to the card to see, it can be laggy and sometimes takes a long time to load. The person receiving the card doesn't have an option to select how they want to receive the contribution and I typically will have to advise the receiver of these options which slows down the process.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether lets cross-border organisations contribute to a single digital card. It’s extremely useful because the individuals I create these cards for interact with people all over Australia and internationally, so I can organise a group card with ease.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review - we really appreciate it! 😊

We're thrilled to hear you've been enjoying the setup process and that it's been easy for your group to use!

We appreciate you flagging the AI feature loading times and the recipient contribution options and we'll make sure to pass this feedback on to the team as we are always looking for ways to improve the experience for our users.

Thanks again for your support 💛

  ### 21. Easy Setup with Great Gift Card Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like GroupTogether for its transparency and the ability to provide gift cards across various platforms. The 'any card' feature is really good because I can use it to purchase anything that I want, which is a nice feature to have. I also find the platform easy to use, as you don't really have to invest much of your time to set it up. Nice templates and the ease of setting up a contribution link makes it convenient.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I feel that there should be an option wherein we could send the cash which has been gathered by various contributors to the person instead of a card, maybe via bank transfer or a pay ID because at times, there are people who would want that money instead of using it on a gift card.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether is easy to set up with nice templates, saving time on setup. Setting up contribution links is simple. It provides transparency, allows gift card distribution across various platforms, and the 'Any Card' lets me buy anything, adding flexibility.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, we're so glad you've been enjoying the AnyCard feature and finding the platform easy to use! 😊

Great news regarding the cash option - if you're in Australia you can actually withdraw the funds directly to an Australian bank account (2% flat fee applies).

If you'd like help with how to do this, feel free to reach out at questions@grouptogether.com and we'd be happy to walk you through it

The platform is very user-friendly, and I appreciate that everything can be done in one place without a lot of back-and-forth emails or reminders.

I’ve used GroupTogether for several workplace occasions, including birthday cards, farewells, get-well-soon messages, and even sending support to a colleague’s family during a difficult time. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** YERI D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like how easy GroupTogether is to use, which is probably my favorite part. It's very convenient and straightforward. I appreciate that it's just not clunky or messy—you send the email, invite, or reminder, and everything is seamless and straightforward. The initial setup was also very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I feel like the stage where you process the contributions and then transfer it into a gift card is a bit clunky and not as seamless as the rest of the process. The converting part could use some improvement.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to ensure everyone contributes or signs. It's not clunky or messy. Sending invites and reminders is seamless, straightforward, and convenient.

  ### 34. User-Friendly with AI-Enhanced Messaging

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alia h. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that GroupTogether is an easy-to-use platform which really helps with company group farewell cards. I find the collaboration features very useful, and the reminders are great for keeping everything on track. I also enjoy the AI help for forming messages, as it saves time and gives good ideas, making it easier for others to contribute. The initial setup was easy, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Being limited with gift cards. Would like one Visa gift card option to spend anywhere instead of transferring money to own account first.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether for collaboration, ease of use, and reminders when creating company group farewell cards. The AI help saves time and provides message ideas, making others more likely to contribute.

  ### 35. Elegant Design and AI-Powered Invitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna K. | Finance Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I really like the graphic design and the choice of images in GroupTogether, which are both modern and expansive. Plus, having AI to help write invitations is a big help since I didn't have to create my own message from scratch. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

When it came to printing the card in the end, with everyone's wishes, I found that process confusing. It was not intuitive. I'd suggest making it more user-friendly and showing a final print preview before printing.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used GroupTogether for sending group emails and collecting money easily. The AI helped write the invitation, saving me effort, and the choice of images for the invitation was modern and vast.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Joanna

That's really helpful feedback. We LOVE the designs too. They're designed by real designers, mostly in Melbourne, Australia or NYC, USA. In terms of the printing, we give you a PDF to print in the size you want. Make sure to select "booklet" style so that it prints like a foldable, openable traditional card so it's more sentimental like a traditional card.

Kindest regards

  ### 39. Empowers Recipient Choice with Flexible Gift Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I especially liked that the recipient of the ecard could select the type of gift card they preferred. This feature is really useful because it allowed the recipient to choose a gift card that served her best when I didn't know which one she would like the most. With the 'anycard' feature, she was able to select her own preferred gift card type.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

It was initially tricky to find the section on the web page of how much was collected so far. It might be helpful to get emails occasionally that summarize the amount donated as well as the number of people who've signed the card without having to log in each time to the group together site.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to send group greeting cards and egifts for special occasions. It lets recipients choose their own gift card type, which ensures they get what suits them best.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for your lovely review, we're so glad the AnyCard came in handy and that your recipient was able to choose exactly what she wanted!!!

That's really great feedback regarding the collection summary and email updates, we'll absolutely pass this on to the team!

In the meantime, you can access your card and all its details including contributions and signatures anytime through your dashboard without too much hassle.

Please feel free to reach out at any point during the process to our help desk (with real humans)!!

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the site. It is pretty easy to use.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to send gift cards to multiple people at once, and GroupTogether gave me a quick way to choose their e-cards, upload their contact information, and send them to everyone. I also could see when they received and opened the card.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you for sharing this AMAZING review!

  ### 41. Great for Card Layout, But Needs Streamlining

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that GroupTogether offers a birthday card format, making it mostly easy for people to leave a note. The layout looks really nice.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Some people didn't fill out the card because they were forced to create a login. Other platforms like Kudo Board let you leave anonymous comments. The template was having errors when I was trying to change the photo, and it was stressful to figure out why I couldn't upload the photo on the card. The GIF choosing was really limited compared to Kudo Board, which was not great. It was difficult to search the card layouts, and it felt really slow and pretty buggy to find the birthday card templates. There was quite a bit of latency when trying to pick things.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether for a birthday card feel, allowing many people to sign it quickly, which KUDO board lacks.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, we really appreciate it! 😊 We're glad you liked the birthday card layout!

Just to clarify a couple of things - contributors don't actually need to create a login! They simply provide their name and email address to leave a message which makes it really quick and easy (need this for the receipt).

Also, there are actually loads of GIFs available, just use the search bar to find exactly what you're looking for :)

We totally understand your concerns and will work on streamlining the process to make it easier for users to leave notes and navigate the platform - thank you for letting us know!

Thanks again so much,

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love using GroupTogether because it's super easy to create an online card and send it out to my team without having to worry about it later. It really helps me meet deadlines, and it's perfect for someone like me who is always busy. I appreciate how it solved the problem of getting our team to sign a card when we're all scattered across different campuses. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

n/a

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love how GroupTogether makes it easy to create and send cards online, helping our team, spread across multiple campuses, sign together. It's quick, convenient, and I don't have to think about it afterward, which is great for my busy schedule.

  ### 43. Takes the Stress Out of Collecting Money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Takes away the stress of collectng money from everyone
Easy reminders to send to team
The Gifs are a cute addition to the card
Printable and electronic card option
Easy to use for organiser and user

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

nothing too much, I think that this is something that has been needed for a while
Seemed a little tricky to get paid out after the card was complete
Maybe the organiser should not be able to see who contributed what amount as this is quite personal
Same for what others write, I think that this should remain personal

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue of collecting money, less stress of pestering people for cash
Easy to use with a large team and quick and easy to send out reminders.
Reducing time spent on collecting money and getting a cards signed

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're SO glad to hear that GroupTogether has taken the stress out of collecting money for you and made it easy to send reminders and use for both organisers and users.

We will pass on your feedback about the payout process to the team. It is designed to be easy and intuitive but if anything feels tricky ever, our real human help desk are always around to walk you through it!

On anonymity - just like a real life card and collection, the organiser does need to know who contributed and how much for organising purposes. However, other contributors and the recipient won't see this information at all.

And just like a physical card being passed around, everyone signing can see the messages already written.

Thanks SO much for your feedback,

  ### 44. Fun and Intuitive, Needs Better Payment Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that GroupTogether is fun and more or less intuitive, making it easy to use for creating goodbye cards for my team members. I also enjoy that I can add text alongside a gif or an image, which makes the cards stand out. The combination of static and movement images really enhances the cards and breaks up the text, making the result enjoyable to read and comprehend.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I think the collab payment is a challenge. Every time I want to create a card for one of my peers, I always end up paying. There's no way to bring accountability to all the other members of the team. Also, I think the management page could be improved. It's not really easy to visualize and edit once it's created. There's room for a better user experience in the card management space.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether because it's an easy and fun way to create digital cards, turning them into lasting memories for my team as they move to their next roles.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you for your feedback! It's super useful.

We're glad to hear that you find GroupTogether fun and intuitive for creating goodbye cards. We appreciate your suggestions for improving the payment features and management page, and we'll definitely take them into consideration for future updates.

Kindest regards

  ### 45. Effortless Coordination with Personal Touches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love the ease with which I can coordinate card and gift contributions, and there's no pressure for people to contribute if they don't want to. Being able to add personal touches like gifs to messages and having AI assist in writing the message is great. Without GroupTogether, a physical card might get lost or not everyone gets to sign it, but with this tool, everyone has the opportunity to sign, and it never goes missing. The initial setup is very easy with no complicated processes—just set up the card and send it to those you want to sign it.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing, its a great tool.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether solves gathering messages across the company and coordinating gift contributions. I love how it makes coordinating cards and gifts easy, adding personal touches like GIFs, and using AI for messages. It ensures everyone gets the opportunity to contribute.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're delighted to hear that you have had a great experience using GroupTogether to coordinate card and gift contributions!

We strive to make the process simple and enjoyable, while ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute and add personal touches.

  ### 46. Effortless Group Gifting with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** courtney c. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I found GroupTogether very easy to use and manage. I appreciated that participants could sign the card without having to contribute money if they didn’t want to. The initial setup was very easy, making it convenient from the start.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I don't like that some of the gift card options had costs associated with them, and I also don't like the process of sending the gift card to the recipient. Somehow, I got confused there, and it somehow got sent to me. Then it was difficult to get the gift card to the actual recipient.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether made it easy to collect money from a large group and allowed personalized messages and contributions for the card and gift.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Courtney

Thanks so much for explaining all that. It really helps to design better and more intuitive flows. I get what you're saying and I have an idea how to make it much easier.

Thanks so much

  ### 47. Easy to use group card platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Simple, intuitive experience for creating and signing a card. The cost is reasonable, and I like that it removes the pressure to donate when signing. Both the website and the payment platform are fast. The AI suggestions have also been helpful for putting together a message that avoids the generic "we'll miss you."

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing, I am happy with Group Together and how it works seamlessly

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I work in a global team in the past it was difficult to send out cards for team members who were leaving or had birthdays. Group together has allowed us to do everything digitally and also share a digital card.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi there,

What a wonderful review, thank you so much! 😊

It's really great to hear that the experience has felt seamless, simple and intuitive to use from start to finish, and we love that the AI suggestions are helping people move beyond the usual "we'll miss you!"

We look forward to continuing to provide a convenient and enjoyable card-giving experience for you.

Thanks again,

  ### 48. Easy Group eCards with Flexible Contributions and Recipient-Choice Gift Cards!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara E. | Accounting lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Being able to have many people sign the ecards with an ease of a click of a link is very helpful! My favorite feature is that everyone can contribute whatever amount they’d like to and the recipient gets to select what gift card best suits their needs.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Having to purchase the ecards if under $25 is collected.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Haven’t encountered any problems! But I feel confident that a real person would be able to help when needed right away!

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Tamara

You're absolutely right! We have a team of customer service people in both Australia and the US. Real people, most university students, who respond to your questions. They can usually respond within 30 min. longer on the weekend.

Thanks so much

  ### 49. Seamless Group Retirement Card with Fun Customizations and GIFs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacy B. | Certification Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I used Grouptogether for a colleague's retirement card to be signed by over 100 people all over the state of FL, and it worked seamlessly! I loved the customizations and GIFs.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I wish you could send it to more than one email address. A work and personal email would be great, especially for those who are leaving a company, such as retirement.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A special way to show someone you care, even if not all together.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> HI Stacy

That's so cool that over 100 people signed the card! Did you know you can print it? About the multiple emails, you can send it more than one email address. The only downside is that when someone clicks one link and signs, we won't know that we can stop sending emails to the untouched email. That said, they can just ignore the other one they receive.

Kindest regards
