## About GroupTogether
GroupTogether is a digital group gifting platform that enables teams, organizations and communities to create shared cards, collect contributions and send eGift Cards in one place. The platform provides tools for coordinating group messages, managing payments and delivering digital gifts in a structured and consistent workflow. GroupTogether is used across corporate, education, nonprofit and community settings. Typical use cases include employee milestones like work anniversaries, birthdays, team celebrations, farewells, onboarding, holidays, weddings, new babies and other shared occasions where many people want to sign a card or contribute to a gift. The platform replaces manual processes like circulating paper cards, tracking contributions or handling reimbursements. Key features include: - Digital group cards that allow participants to add messages, photos and GIFs. - Simple sharing through a link that can be posted in chat tools, email or internal platforms. - Optional money collection so organizers can gather funds securely for a gift. - Access to a catalog of more than 150 eGift Cards through the AnyCard, which allows recipients to choose their preferred retailer. - Automatic delivery of the final card and gift to the recipient, either digitally or as a printable version. GroupTogether also provides a Bulk eGift Card solution for organizations that need to distribute many eGift Cards at once. This feature supports large employee reward programs, client recognition, holiday gifting or marketing incentives. It includes: - Batch sending to individuals or groups. - Personalization options for messages and company branding. - Scheduling tools for planned or recurring distributions. - Tracking tools that show delivery status and completion. The platform supports multiple payment needs. Organizers can fund a gift themselves (e.g. paid for by their company) or invite colleagues to contribute towards the gift. Payments are processed securely and contributions are visible to the organizer in real time. Recipients receive their group card and AnyCard instantly and can redeem their preferred retailer directly. GroupTogether is designed for distributed teams and hybrid workplaces where coordination often occurs online. By standardizing the process of collecting messages and contributions, the platform helps avoid missed signatures, manual tracking or delays common in traditional group gifting. It also creates a record of activity that can support HR programs, employee engagement initiatives or recognition workflows. The company serves users globally across a wide range of industries. The platform continues to expand its features to support digital gifting, team communication and coordinated group celebrations.

## GroupTogether Reviews
 ### 1. Fantastically Easy and Flexible for Team Greetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eunice Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether for farewell and birthday cards at work, and it makes it easy to arrange a card for a geographically dispersed team. I love how easy it is to use, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers, like being able to change the card design after choosing it, editing messages after writing them, and altering the delivery date and email address if needed. This flexibility means less pressure to get all the details right at the start. Additionally, the initial setup of GroupTogether was easy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I would like a greater selection of cards. The gif search also isn't great - it often doesn't show a good range of GIFs. It would also be good if you could flag what GIFs other people have already used in the card.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether makes it easy to arrange cards for a geographically dispersed team. Its flexibility reduces pressure by allowing changes to card design, message edits, and delivery details, even after starting a card.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Eunice,

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that GroupTogether has made it easy and flexible for you to arrange cards for your geographically dispersed team, and bring you together for farewells and birthdays - that's exactly what we're here for!

On the card design front, did you know you can use our magic card cover creator to make something completely unique!

We love to upload a photo of the recipient (their linkedin profile is easy). Then tell us how you'd like us to magic it up - make your friend a rockstar, a super hero, a mythological god surrounded by angels etc). You can also just choose a GIF of an image to add to the front cover. Or choose the option to upload your own cover completely.

Your feedback about being able to see which GIFs have already been used in messages is really clever - we love that idea and will absolutely pass it on to the team!

Thanks so much,

 ### 2. Effortless Gifting, Easy Interface. Could improve on communication, but will continue using and recommending.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steph v. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether for cards and e-gift cards for clients and subcontractors in my small business. I enjoy that it solves the problem of gathering notes from multiple people when based remotely. I like the interface because it's nice to look at and easy to use, which makes me confident in navigating the site. GroupTogether offers a variety of card designs that are up to date. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Sometimes the communication could be improved - like when contributing a dollar amount on a card, I didn't realise I then had to go assign it to a gift card type. Clear steps on what to do next, and an email reminder to do that, especially if it hasn't been done before the card is due to be sent would be beneficial.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether solves the problem of gathering notes from multiple remote people effectively. Its easy-to-use and visually pleasing interface, along with a range of up-to-date card designs, ensures I can effortlessly navigate the site and find designs that I like.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Steph,

Thank you so much for the kind words and recommendation!

We love hearing that GroupTogether has been making things easier for you and your clients and subcontractors - that's exactly what we set out to do!

We completely understand how the checkout step can catch people off guard - you're not alone in that! Just so you know, we do send email reminders when your collection is about to close and once it has closed to nudge you to checkout. Hopefully that takes some of the guesswork out of it next time!

Your feedback about clearer steps is so valuable and we'll absolutely be passing it on to the team - we're always looking for ways to make the experience even smoother and more intuitive.

Thank you again for taking the time to share this, it really does help us grow! 😊

Thanks so much again.

 ### 3. Fantastic for Remote Teams, Needs Wider Gift Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debopriya D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether to be easy and user-friendly, which has made gifting through eGift cards a wonderful experience. The website is very easy to understand and offers a lot of options for giving eGift cards, which is quick and smoothly lands in the receiver's email. It's a great platform for our geographically dispersed team, allowing us to get messages together in one place and contribute to gifts easily, without the hassle of physical cards or sending gifts through mail. The setup was very easy, and it was seamless to set the whole team up and send the link out for messages and contributions.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I would say that we tried to do something for New Zealand. A gift card, and I think, we had a struggle there. We could not use GroupTogether to get a gift card for a team member who works from New Zealand. I wasn't clear on whether it actually works with GroupTogether or we don’t have the feature. It wasn't very clear. So I think that could be an area of improvement to give more information of, beyond Australia if this can be used.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether for farewell gifts and cards. It's user-friendly and great for remote teams, allowing us to gather messages and contribute easy gifts without hassle. The quick delivery options and easy website navigation enhance our remote collaboration.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Debopriya,

No physical cards, no mail, no hassle — that's exactly the experience we want for your team!

Such a fair point on overseas recipients — we completely understand the confusion and appreciate you flagging it!

At the moment, gift card redemption is only available in Australia. However, there are a couple of workarounds — you can withdraw the funds to your Australian bank account and send them the money personally, or you can still send them a group card with heartfelt messages without the collection component.

We hope to expand our gifting options beyond Australia in the future and will make sure your feedback gets to the team!

Thanks so much!

 ### 4. Effortless Digital Cards for Remote Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elisabeth S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I used GroupTogether at work to send a thank you card on behalf of our team, and the digital card was really convenient. It was great that it made it easy for everyone to leave a message, especially since our team often works remotely. I liked how easy it was to navigate, and that I could see if the receiver had opened the card or not. Having an intuitive UI is important to me because it reduces stress. I also appreciated being able to share the link easily with the rest of our team. Setting it up was fairly easy as well.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing, maybe bigger selection of designs that’s all

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether makes it convenient to create digital cards, allowing everyone to leave messages easily, especially for remote teams. It has an easy-to-navigate and intuitive UI, which reduces stress. I also appreciate the feature that lets me see if the card has been opened.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GroupTogether! We're glad to hear that the intuitive UI and easy navigation made it stress-free for you and your remote team. We'll definitely keep your feedback in mind for expanding our design selection.

On the card design front — did you know you can use our magic card cover creator to make something completely unique? We love uploading a photo of the recipient (their LinkedIn profile works a treat!), then telling us how to magic it up — turn them into a rockstar, a superhero, a mythological god surrounded by angels... the options are endless! You can also add a GIF to the front cover or upload your own cover completely. And the card is fully editable even after creation!

Thanks so much again,

 ### 5. Easy to Use and Made Our Group Gift Process Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylah L. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It was really easy to use. We used it as a work gift for a few colleagues who were expecting, and it made the whole process straightforward. Sending out the request to everyone was simple, and then we could just leave it until the due date.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. Like I mentioned, it was very simple to use and it worked exactly as we expected.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to raise money at work can be difficult, especially when you’re constantly reaching out and reminding people, or trying to figure out where the money should be sent. Group Together took away all the hassle and made the whole process feel much simpler.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Taylah,

Congratulations to your colleagues! 👶

What a lovely way to celebrate such a special milestone ❤️

So glad GroupTogether made the whole process easy and stress-free — set it up, share the link and let it do the work. That's exactly what we're here for!

Thanks so much for sharing this,

 ### 6. Simple, Professional, and Perfect for Team Celebrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

What I like best about GroupTogether is how simple and polished the entire experience feels. Setting up a group card was quick and intuitive, from choosing a design to inviting coworkers to contribute messages. The cards themselves look professional and thoughtful, not thrown together, and I really appreciate that they print nicely if you want to give someone a physical keepsake as well.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

At this point, I have not run into any major issues with GroupTogether. Since I first discovered it at a conference, I have only used it for one occasion so far, so I am still exploring everything the platform offers. The initial setup and user experience were smooth and easy to navigate.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether makes it much easier to organize group cards and celebrations without the back-and-forth that usually comes with collecting messages, signatures, or contributions from multiple people. Instead of chasing coworkers individually or trying to coordinate a physical card in a hybrid workplace, everything is centralized and simple to manage. It saved time, reduced stress, and helped create a more polished and meaningful experience for the recipient.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're so pleased to hear that you had a great experience using GroupTogether to organise your team celebrations.

It's fantastic to hear that the platform's simplicity and polished design made the process easy and enjoyable for you.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us!

 ### 7. User-Friendly Setup, Great Card Designs, and Fun GIF Messages

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

GroupTogether is very user friendly and easy to set-up; it guides you through the card creation process.

There is a great choice of card designs which meant I could easily select a card that suited my colleague's personality or the occasion the card was intended for. The option to add GIFs as part of your message is an additional fun element.

I received notifications as people contributed to the card and could easily extend the window for submissions or close it early as needed.

For a remote company like ours, this service allows us to send thoughtful comms to our team members for special occasions. Having compared many others in this space, I find that GroupTogether offers the best designs, a great user experience, and good value.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Being UK based, we weren't able to use it to collect gift contributions but I was only looking for a card in this instance.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a remote company, it can be difficult to keep those traditions that an in-person office may have - such as giving cards for a significant event like a wedding or a baby; or when a colleague is leaving. Having the option to be able to send an aesthetically pleasing e-card full of messages (and GIFs) is a really nice thing to be able to do.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you for your feedback!

We're sorry to hear that you weren't able to use GroupTogether to collect gift contributions in the UK, but we're glad that you were able to use it for creating a card.

We appreciate your insight and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

Thanks so much again,

**Reviewed by:** Terese M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love using GroupTogether because it's an easy way to collect messages from colleagues and contribute towards a group gift. The range of card designs is fantastic, with options to suit every occasion and personality. I find the platform very user-friendly and much more convenient than the old days of passing around a physical card and envelope for collections. The convenience and ease are what I like most, especially since people often work remotely, it allows me to still participate in celebrating milestones with colleagues. I have no complaints and really enjoy using it. The initial setup was very easy, which adds to the positive experience.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing at all.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love using GroupTogether for its ease in collecting messages and contributions for group gifts, avoiding the hassle of tracking a physical card and envelope. It's user-friendly and convenient, especially for remote work, allowing participation in colleague celebrations.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

 ### 9. Effortless Group Gifting and Messaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CA N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love how efficient GroupTogether is in solving problems if there's ever a hiccup. The platform makes it incredibly easy for me to streamline the process of signing a group card and collecting money, even when working with colleagues in different states and countries. It's the easiest way to group everyone together and work as a team. I also find it very easy for someone to write their own personal message and chip in if they wish to. Once the timeframe is set up at the start of the process, it's straightforward to send to the recipient. Moreover, setting it up is very easy, and many people in our company have used it successfully.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

If you forget to add money, it is hard to maneuver back through the system again to add a contribution.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether streamlines signing group cards and collecting contributions, making it easy to coordinate with colleagues in different locations. It simplifies adding personal messages and ensures timely delivery, saving time and preventing missed participation.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

Cheers

I use GroupTogether to organise yearly gifts for the educators at our daughter's daycare, alongside other parents. I love how easy it is to use GroupTogether, especially the feature that allows me to send out invites to contribute just by sharing a link. The options of gifts are fantastic too, as it lets educators choose what they want. It's particularly useful for organiaing with parents I don't know very well but who have kids at the same daycare. **What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether easy to use, with good customer service and support. I appreciate the nice variety of gift cards, and the recipient loved having the option to pick where to spend the money collected. Additionally, I like the overall look and layout of GroupTogether; the card layout was simple and readable. Setting it up was very easy, with instructions that were simple to follow.

 ### 12. Simple, Fast, and Worth the Price—GroupTogether Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney M. | Centre Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I loved how simple it was for the user. Whether you were using your laptop or a smart phone, it was very straight forward and easy to use. I loved the option to use AI to help write or add in a little GIF and/or picture. The website loaded very quickly whenever in use. Definitely worth the price! I felt the customer service and support was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I don't think I found any part of GroupTogether unhelpful or tricky. I wouldn't change a thing!

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I loved how easy it was to send the link to reach as many people as possible. I really liked how people could choose to just sign the card or add to the contribution without making anyone feel uncomfortable.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

 ### 13. Simple Link Sharing Makes Group Cards Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

The simplicity of sharing the link and having people contribute, or simply sign the card.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Sharing the card or gift card can be difficult at times. I’ve had to send it to myself first before sharing it with the intended individual, and then I still have to help them receive the gift card.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether helps eliminate the hassle of collecting cash or Venmo payments and passing around a physical card for signatures. It also makes it easy for team members who work remotely to contribute, so they can still feel included and involved in big moments for their peers.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for your review, we're glad the sharing and contributing process has been simple! 😊

Just a little tip — you can actually send the card directly to the recipient by inputting their email address on the platform.

We do recommend using a personal email address rather than a work one, as corporate firewalls can sometimes block the delivery.

Thanks again so much,

 ### 14. Fun, Customisable Cards—But Mandatory Membership Makes It Harder to Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karla G. | Team Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love the fun card options and the customisable text areas. It was really great to be able to individualise the cards and make the receiver feel truly unique!

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I used group together for about 3 years and had no problems till recently. Since the collection or membership has become mandatory, it's been hard to use and unfortunately, not an expense the company is willing to pay, especially as there are other excellet free productsout there

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy dissemination of a farewell card with no admin time required. The receiver doesn’t catch a glimpse of it until it’s ready to present. The GIFs make it fun, and it’s great that staff can download it to their own computer. I also liked that there’s an option to easily collect money for a gift for specific occasions.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Karla,

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being such a loyal GroupTogether user over the years, it truly means the world to us!

We're so glad you've loved personalising the cards and making your recipients feel special.

We completely understand your frustration with the recent change and we're sorry for any inconvenience it has caused. The change was made with the best intentions to keep GroupTogether sustainable and fair for all of our users.

We really hope we get the chance to continue being a part of your celebrations in the future!

Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can help with!

Kind regards,

 ### 15. Clean, Intuitive, FUN connection tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

GroupTogether is extremely clean and straightforward to use. The interface is simple and intuitive, and there are a wide variety of options. The pricing is on par with similar services, and the integrated suggestive text and image library are highly accurate (no weird dancing turtles for a sympath card here!)

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I thought at first that GroupTogether was ONLY a monetary collection card - I didn't realize it could only be a greeting card. Once that was clarified it was exactly what we needed!

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an extremely large international team. GroupTogether allows us to CONNECT in a really personal way with a really smooth platform to do so- its quick, easy for end users, and lets folks really contribute personally to team members they might not always see in person. AND it takes the administrative burden of coordinating a physical card off my plate!

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> YAYYYYYYY!

FYI:

We create more designer card templates each month
You can create your own card covers using our options to upload your own or using our tools to add a GIFT, or using our easy Ai tool that let's you create anything, including adding a photo of your friend and telling the Ai to create a fantastical image - so fun!
Also - we've just released the option to send eGift Cards automatically scheduled for birthdays or work anniversaries so you don't forget.

**Reviewed by:** Rishi C. | Strategic Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I used GroupTogether for a birthday group gift, and it made group gifting incredibly simple and stress-free. Instead of collecting cash manually or begging for contributions, I could just share a link and collect money online from all my friends in minutes. The platform is super easy to use, with clear tracking of contributions and smooth payment methods. I love the card designs, personalizations, and the fact that the card is free. Everything from using it without a login, the AI message builder, adding GIFs and photos, to checking out and sending links is all in one place. Automatic reminders are helpful, and the Anycard options mean no stress about picking a single gift. Also, the initial setup is so easy, I could do it with my eyes closed.

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether for coworker group cards and gifting, and it makes it easy to coordinate a digital card, add gifts, and make it seem more gift-like than an email or PowerPoint. I like how convenient and easy it is to set up, thanks to its intuitive UI, so there are no questions. The designs are fun and suit a lot of occasions, which really adds to the experience. The team can easily send something to the recipient with minimal coordination required on the organizer's part versus a physical card. The initial setup is very easy, literally like 1-2 pages.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Perhaps more designs would be nice. Just more variety. The baby ones were pretty limited.

You could add a photo of the recipient and ask the Ai to make that person into a rockstar or a superhero for example - anything you can dream up!

We're glad to hear that our intuitive UI and fun designs have made coordinating digital cards and gifts effortless for you. We'll definitely take your feedback about wanting more design variety into account for future improvements.

**Reviewed by:** Mira D. | Client Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It’s really easy to set up a card for colleagues to share messages and wishes. Collecting money for a gift was also a very simple process. **What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

In my experience, there really isn’t anything that stands out as a downside.

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

What stands out to me is GroupTogether's ability to easily send a card and make it from a group, allowing everyone to have input and insight. As an administrative assistant, it's much easier because there's no need to circulate a physical card around to ensure everyone gets it; it's an electronic version that makes things simpler.

I love all the options for how the money can be spent or taken as cash, which is great when putting together a gift for one teacher from 30 families. **What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

What I liked best was how it simplified collecting both messages and contributions from people in different locations, all in one place, without me having to coordinate or handle payments.

I didn’t have any major complaints, though it would be nice if there were a few more options for reminders or nudges to help increase participation.

It solves the challenge of being a distributed team by giving us an easy way to still celebrate people together. Since we can’t just pass a card around, it makes it simple for everyone to contribute and be included no matter where they’re located.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Kelli

Interesting! We're glad to hear that GroupTogether simplified the process for you and your team. We'll definitely take your feedback about reminders into consideration for future improvements. **What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

You made the whole experience really easy to use. It turns being thoughtful into something concrete and actionable, which makes it much easier to follow through.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Yes, the library of vendors for gift cards is vast, but in my specific case we were trying to purchase Broadway tickets, so it felt limiting.

In the hybrid workplace era we’re in, it’s always helpful to be able to do things for others and to be thoughtful. This makes that much easier for us.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether to be a really handy tool. It was easy to get everyone to add their comments and contribute to a farewell gift for a colleague, making sure that each person's words were cherished. ### 26. Effortless Team Appreciation, Needs AI Art Enhancement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa S. | Operations Lead, Flexdrive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that I can share it with a bunch of people and it will auto send to the receiver on the intended date. As a very busy person, I appreciate how GroupTogether allows me to set up a card, blast it out, and then be done with no further follow-up needed. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

The AI card art leaves much to be improved in terms of quality of the output images. They still feel very generic and the point of using it is to get more specific. Just taking better direction at integrating things you want in a card such as the person's hobbies and interests.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to get cards signed for large, remote teams. It lets me set up a card, send it out on specific occasions, and feel appreciated without follow-up.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Alyssa

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with GroupTogether's easy setup and auto-send capabilities. We understand your concerns about the AI art and will work on enhancing the customization options for a more personalized touch.

 ### 27. Effortlessly Organize Group Gifts with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether when I need to organize a group present for friends or school. It's perfect because I don't need to email or text people separately, and they can nominate the amount they are comfortable with and write a lovely message. I really like the personalized card and picture loading feature, as well as the option for people to contribute or just write in the card when they are ready. This platform saves a lot of time and effort. I have used Pressie in the past, but I prefer GroupTogether because it was easier to set up.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

nothing I love it!

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to organize group presents. It saves me time and effort, as I don't need to email or text separately. People can contribute or just write in the card, and enjoy personalized messages with pictures.

 ### 28. Hassle-Free Money Collection for Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan P.

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that GroupTogether takes away the need to provide my bank details or contact each person separately. It provides follow-up to the initial request, which is really handy. I also appreciate how it allows me to redeem the money in useful ways, like taking cash out or receiving gift cards. This makes handling group payments much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Sometimes we wish to collect money on the basis of two different options. For example, wanting to collect $100 for a option A and $70 for option B, and we would like the participants to be able to choose between these two options.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether allows me to quickly collect money from team members without sending multiple emails or needing bank details. It simplifies follow-up, and lets me redeem funds usefully, either as cash or gift cards.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Alan

That's an interesting problem to solve. I suggest that you set up two separate collections if you want people to choose to participate in one over the other. The other option is that they contribute to one pool and then you split it how you want between multiple eGift Cards.

Kindest regards

 ### 29. Effortless Group Gifting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether very easy to use. I love that I can either put my own photo or choose from a collection of photos, which adds a real mix when pulling together a card. The photo options make the cards look a lot more interactive and interesting, as they give variety compared to just messages.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I don't like when I'm trying to read the messages in the card during a preview and it continuously flicks to the next page. I haven't been able to read all the messages that have been contributed so far. This is only in the preview mode, so that's probably the main bug.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to arrange gifts without sharing bank details or handling collections. It allows everyone to contribute and write a message fairly, only after committing their money.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Aha! I have the solution for you!

When you go to your dashboard to look at the status of your card or collection, you can click the eye icon (view) and see everything, and edit it too.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like how GroupTogether is a quick and easy way to get a group to sign a card without having to rush around. People can sign the card on their own time electronically, which is really convenient. I also appreciate that I can print out the card or send it digitally to the recipient easily. The ease of use is fantastic, and I love the great card options available. The initial setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

A simple way to print. I have to resize the card when printing. It would be nice if the guessing work was taken out.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether makes it quick and easy for groups to sign a card without rushing. People can sign on their own time electronically, and I can print or send it digitally. It's easy to use with great card options.

 ### 31. Effortless Card Organization with Artistic Designs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love how GroupTogether makes it super easy to organize cards for the team. It's incredibly speedy and efficient, letting the team sign off in no time. I also really appreciate the no-fuss gifting options with gift cards which eliminate the hassle of collecting contributions and buying the gift afterwards. Plus, the platform offers so many thoughtful and artful card designs to choose from, which I really enjoy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Use of AI can sometimes be too elaborate and needs to tone down the language. AI provides responses that are too wordy. Would like to provide more concise responses, keep it human without overly doing it.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find GroupTogether organizes cards quickly for my team, handles contributions easily, and offers gift card options, making the process efficient. It has thoughtful card designs to choose from, which adds a nice touch.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Really interesting feedback about the Ai.

FYI - you can actually edit the Ai copy, giving it a haircut or just clicking "make it shorter".

Thanks again

 ### 32. Simplifies Parent Coordination but Cost Concerns

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey R. | Founder

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I find GroupTogether really easy to use, especially in getting a load of school parents to do something, which is usually very difficult. I like that it's a really easy link that they can all join on, making it easy to circulate and organize as the class parent. It's also convenient to use it from my phone and to send a link to the class. The initial setup of GroupTogether was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I wish there was a physical card that could be printed. I think $5 to pay for this service is probably too steep. When I paid $5, I thought I was getting a physical card, so I'm not sure if I'd use it again.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find GroupTogether solves the challenge of organizing school parents by offering an easy link to join, simplifying circulation and organization.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Stacey,

Getting a group of school parents organised — now that's a challenge and we're so glad GroupTogether made it easier!

On the physical card — while we don't offer a printing service, you're very welcome to print it yourself! You can download the card as a PDF and take it to a printing company like Officeworks — they do a beautiful job and can help you get a high-quality finish.

You can also share the card link so everyone can view it anytime.

On the fee — just to clarify, the $5.50 covers the digital card itself (think of it like buying a card in real life). If you set up a card with a collection next time and it reaches $20, the card is completely free in Australia.

If it doesn't reach $20, you can either top it up or pay the $5.50 card fee.

Hopefully that helps for next time!

 ### 33. Easy to Use, Quick Card Creation, and Cost-Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron T. | General Manager Business Development, Manufacturing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It’s an easy-to-use platform with a straightforward sign-up process, and it’s quick to create a card for our team. It’s also very cost-effective.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I wish there were a “team” option that would let me assign staff members to create cards under the business account.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital card gifting has made it much easier for our team, and it’s far quicker than sending a physical card. It’s also simpler for staff to sign a card for someone, especially since we’re a fully remote team.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Aaron!

YAY!!! We're SO glad to hear that you find GroupTogether easy to use and cost-effective.

On the 'team option', transferring/sharing card ownership isn't something our platform currently supports, but it's something we're actively developing! Watch this space!

In the meantime, a handy workaround is to share your login with the person taking over (if you're comfortable doing so) - we'd recommend changing your password to something temporary first and updating it again once the handover is done 😊

Thanks again!!

 ### 34. Effortless Farewell Cards with GroupTogether

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I use GroupTogether for sending out farewell cards to our team members. It makes the process easier, with no more manual card signing or having to catch people on a certain day. People can contribute and sign the card as they're available. I like the card selections and how easy it is to set up. The card selections simplify the process and they look nice. The initial setup was very easy, just an email sign up.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I don't think there's really anything I'd need to be improved. It works for what it's designed to. If anything, just more card designs but there's not a lack of them to begin with.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether makes farewell card signing easy, eliminating the need for manual signatures and coordinating everyone's availability. It simplifies the process with nice card designs and easy setup.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Christine,

No more chasing people down to sign a card on a specific day — those days are behind you!

So glad GroupTogether has been making farewell cards simpler and stress-free for your team. Sign when you're ready, contribute if you'd like — it really is that easy!

Thanks so much for the lovely review 😊

 ### 35. User-Friendly, Cute Graphics—But Project Naming Could Be Easier

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

The interface is pretty user-friendly, and it was easy to send the link to folks who needed to sign the card. The graphics available were cute and fun.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

It was difficult to name/rename the project - I started off giving it a generic name thinking it was just for tracking purposes, but it turns out the whole group could see the name. That wasn't clear, and I tried to change the name to something a little more specific and couldn't, I just had to leave it with the generic name which potentially was confusing to some signers.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any problems that this is solving. It's a different option for handling internal company greetings.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, we're thrilled the interface felt easy to navigate and that the graphics brought some fun to the experience!

We appreciate you flagging the project naming confusion! Just a heads up - you can actually rename your project at any time, so no need to be stuck with a generic name. And if you're ever unsure about anything, our help desk is run by real humans who are always on hand to help (or even do it for you!)

Thanks for helping us get better, one card at a time! 💌

It is amazing for sending farewell and birthday wishes, and for collecting gift contributions from a large number of people, especially when you’re organizing something for a big group.

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

It's so easy to use and organize colleagues to put together a card and gift for life's special moments. GroupTogether manages everything and has great card options plus GIFs to make each card memorable.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Honestly nothing. It's very easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do - no complaints!

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gone are the days of passing around a birthday / wedding / work anniversary card in the office for everyone to sign. Group Together is a virtual version of that with the added bonus of allowing colleagues to contribute a monetary gift of their choosing.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you find GroupTogether easy to use and that it helps you organize colleagues for special occasions. Our goal is to make the process effortless and enjoyable for everyone involved.

 ### 38. Group Together Makes Team Input Easy Across Busy Offices and Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Group together was so useful in being able to get input from everyone in a busy office setting plus folks on other work teams.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I didn’t like the AI integration on the site. I work for an organization with a sustainable focus and I’d like to have the ability to turn off any AI functionality.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem solved by group together is the large amount of time and effort it takes to celebrate a member of a working office with a card. This allowed me to spend time on other things and folks could sign the card at their leisure. Plus the card included pictures, videos, etc. which made for an even better card.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> It's great to hear that GroupTogether has saved you time and effort in celebrating colleagues, allowing you to focus on other tasks. We're pleased that the additional features like pictures and videos have enhanced the experience.

We really appreciate you flagging the AI feedback! Just so you know, the AI feature is completely optional — you don't have to use it at all. We'd never want it to get in the way of your experience!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this 😄

I really appreciate how GroupTogether allows me to coordinate team celebrations effectively. It's a really easy-to-use platform that makes recognizing colleagues straightforward. It's great that it feels like a little community, with the GroupTogether team often reaching out with celebration ideas. I love the cute cards that come with a lot of flexibility to tailor them for different celebrations. The platform also makes it easy and secure to collect contributions towards gifts. Additionally, the setup was extremely simple, and talking to support feels like speaking to a real person instantaneously.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing that I can think of at this time.

**Reviewed by:** Caitlyn V. | Primary Care Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

Easy, hassle free & streamlined way to collect money for a group present. I love it can be anonymous and the gift card options are endless.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing…it’s so much better than collecting cash from a group for a present

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the team manager for a football and netball team, I used to collect cash at the end of the season for a coach’s present, but it often meant I was hassling people or ending up out of pocket. Using Group together has completely streamlined the whole process and made it much easier to manage.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> YAYYYYY

It's user friendly, and the designs to choose from are high quality and lots of variety. The option for AI to generate your message is a lot of fun, along with the ability to add emojis and GIFs to your messages. Super easy to share to collaborators and send to recipients. Nothing, it's my go-to for sending e-cards, both professionally and personally.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 42. Simple Setup, Limited Payout Options

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like the simplicity of GroupTogether, as it was easy to set up and easy to send out. It was also convenient for users to fill in their bank information. It felt like I collected more money this way compared to sending out a physical card, which would require people to send a card back. Additionally, it made it easy for me to design without having design experience.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I don't like how it only lets you claim the money as a gift card. It was really frustrating for me as a grad student trying to save up money for college to not be able to just save the money, but to have to use that as a gift card was a little annoying. And I wasn't made aware before I signed up that it was only going to be through a gift card.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to gather things for a grad card. It's simple, easy to set up, and easy to use, which made collecting more money seamless and designing easy without experience.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> We're glad to hear that you found GroupTogether easy to set up and use, and that it helped you collect more money seamlessly. We understand your frustration with the limited payout options - if you ever have questions our real human help desk is always around to help!

Feedback like this genuinely helps us improve, thank you!

 ### 43. Effortless Group Gifting with Personalized Touches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I used GroupTogether to send a card and gift cards to a coworker for a new baby celebration, and it was so easy to do, considering the team is geographically diverse, and signing a physical card wasn’t feasible. I love that GroupTogether caters to our team's communication style which includes memes and emojis. It's great that people can participate without financial pressure, matching their personal budget and relationship to the recipient. I appreciate not having to manage money or carry a card around for gifting at work or sports teams. It's easy to set reminders and simplifies things, so I don't need to track who participated. I completely trust the details like reminders being handled and it's very easy for the recipient too. The setup was really easy, and I previously used Venmo with manual tracking, so this feels like such a step up.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether allows team members in different locations to sign a card online, matches our communication style with memes and emojis, and lets us gift without financial commitment. It's easy to use, handles money, sets reminders, and simplifies managing participation.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> WOOOHOOOO AMAZING!!!

A new baby, a geographically diverse team, memes and emojis; this is GroupTogether at its absolute best and we are HERE for it!

We're delighted to hear that GroupTogether catered to your team's communication style and made it easy to manage the gifting process. We're glad you found the setup easy and that it simplified things for both you and the recipient.

Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and heartwarming review - you've basically described everything we set out to build!

 ### 44. Easy Group Gifting!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I love that everyone can chip in to a joint card and/or gift - meaning I don't need to run around the office trying to find out who hasn't signed it yet while trying to keep it secret. UI is also quite easy to use, I've even used it for family gifts now, much easier than calling family members all over the country!

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Only downside I have experienced is having to pay approx $5 for a card if there is no collection Whilst I understand the reasoning, it can be frustrating.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for any instance where we need to get multiple people to sign a card - milestone anniversaries, retirements, birthdays, babys, and more

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> It's AMAZING to hear that GroupTogether has made organising group gifts and cards easier for you, both at work and with family.

We completely understand the frustration regarding the card fee and we're sorry it's been a pain point! Just to clarify, the card is completely free when you set up a collection and it reaches $20. If you are only sending a card without a collection, the $5.50 covers the digital card itself, similar to buying a physical card from a store!

Always here to help!!!

GroupTogether takes the hassle out of organising group gifts by making contributions, messages, and gift purchasing easy to manage in one place. It saves time, improves participation, and helps make workplace celebrations and milestones more meaningful.

 ### 46. User-Friendly Interface with Helpful Resources and Great Gift Card Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosie A. | Marketing Consultant and Personal Trainer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

The interface is user-friendly, and the help resources and videos are good to have when I get stuck.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

Nothing really stands out that i dislike. Although a wait for dollars if withdrawing (and withdraw % is minimal) but the option to use the dollars I’ve collected toward a wide range of gift cards is excellent and definitely enticing.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for work and kindergarten gift collections. It makes it easy to collect and collate funds, and the card option is amazing for wide-ranging groups— this solves those problems for me.

 ### 47. Effortless Setup and Customization, Perfect for Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Destiny K. | Communication and Engagement Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I really liked how easy it was to set up GroupTogether, which was crucial for me since I have a busy job and couldn't spend much time figuring out a complicated platform. The platform's good amount of customizations was great, as it allowed us to personalize the retirement card. I also appreciated the nice aesthetic of the product. Additionally, each employee being able to leave a personal message with visuals made the shared card feel thoughtful and personalized.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I didn't like how much donations were pushed but just because that wasn't relevant to us.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GroupTogether to consistently recognize milestones across our hybrid and remote team. It's easy to set up, has good customizations, and allows employees to leave personal messages, making it thoughtful even though it’s one shared card.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hello Destiny

I have good news. You can choose the option when you set up the collection to do a group card only - no contributions. That way no-one will be asked to contribute funds at all.

Love it when we can solve a problem immediately. Yay.

 ### 48. Streamlined Group Gifting Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca G. | VP, Finance & Operations

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about GroupTogether?**

I like that GroupTogether made it easy to share a link on my son's birthday party invitation (I also used QR code). It made it easy for people to access the giving site. The setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about GroupTogether?**

I just remember only being able to see a certain selection of images to use for the card portion, and it'd be nice if those could be customized or if I could upload my own images.

**What problems is GroupTogether solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupTogether lets guests contribute money to an adventure fund for my son's birthday instead of bringing toys. It's a more streamlined option than the platform we can use to contribute to his 529 college savings account.

**Official Response from Ali Linz:**

> Hi Bianca,

We're SO glad to hear that GroupTogether made it easy to share a link for your son’s birthday party invitation and that guests were able to access the giving page easily. It’s great to know you found the setup process straightforward - we try to make it as intuitive and easy as possible!

While we are always working on new artwork for the card covers, great news, you can actually upload your own image using one of our templates! Simply look for the designs with a greyed-out image that says “your image here,” and you can upload your own photo or artwork from there.

Kind regards,
