"Simplifies Farewell Cards with a Clear Dashboard and Easy Progress Tracking"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

It’s a platform that simplifies the process of organising farewell cards and gifts for colleagues. As an administrator, I have access to an overview via the “Dashboard,” where I can see who has contributed so far and send reminder prompts to colleagues who haven’t signed yet. It allows the administrator to keep a running total of the progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

Although there was a fee for the card only version, I believe it was quite reasonable. Although we didn't use the money collection version, I believe it can be annoying for some users as there is a percentage fee to withdraw the funds if you choose not to purchase one of the linked gift cards. "Effortless, fast, genuinely easy group cards"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

The biggest value for me is how fast and flexible GroupTogether makes creating group cards. I can set up a card in minutes, invite people with a simple link, and let them choose whether or not to contribute — that opt‑in model removes awkwardness and makes it genuinely inclusive. I also really appreciate that when you choose not to contribute, the price is very reasonable, which makes it easy for anyone to be involved without pressure.

The automated reminders save a lot of follow‑up time (especially for work cards), and the AI writing support is a huge bonus when you want to write something thoughtful but don’t have the words straight away. I also love the customisation: card designs, gifs, emojis, adding your own photos or pulling images from Google — it makes cards feel personal rather than generic.

It's become my go‑to for both work and personal use because of how smooth the experience is end‑to‑end. What used to involve chasing people, collecting messages, and coordinating gifts is now quick, organised, and genuinely enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

There isn’t much I dislike overall. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the AI‑generated messages can sometimes feel a bit formal or generic. It works well as a starting point, but I often tweak it to make it sound more personal or match the tone I want.

That said, it’s still useful and saves time — it would just be even better with a more casual or customisable tone option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Group Gifting, Needs Card Printing Flexibility"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

I love that with GroupTogether I can pick a card, share it with people so they can sign, and I have the option to let signers contribute money if I want. Both times I've used it, we've raised significant amounts for teachers. I appreciate how quick and helpful their customer service is when issues arise. Creating a card is easy; I just send out a link for people to join, then wait and check the progress. I can easily see who has signed, what they've said, and how much money has been collected. It's great that donations are private to other signers, though I can see who donated what. I also like that there are many options when picking and signing a card—people can type a message, upload a picture, or even add a GIF. Additionally, I enjoy the options available for displaying the messages people have written. The initial setup of GroupTogether was very easy, and I find the system enjoyable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

One thing I'd change is being able to print the greeting card before assigning the funds. I want to surprise the teacher without her getting notified beforehand, but I had to 'assign' the funds first, which felt weird and complicated. Their solution—transferring the money to myself and using an 'any card'—looked a bit shady, which isn't ideal when organizing for a school. I'd prefer printing the card before dealing with funds. "Engaging, Cost-Effective, and User-Friendly for Team Appreciation"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

I like the fact that multiple people can make posts and include pictures or GIFs, making it fun and inviting. I love how the digital card opens as if it were a real envelope, and recipients get to keep it forever. The platform feels like a real card and adds a personal touch. The ability to add pictures or GIFs really puts smiles on people's faces, just like a good card should. The platform's setup allows for easy input from participants, making it user-friendly and valuable to us. I also think the pricing is pretty good compared to other platforms, making it more cost-effective with more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

I don't have any strong suggestions. I also thought the pricing was pretty good considering, compared to other platforms, it would have cost way more and you only can really send it to one kind of recipient. That's one thing I would change, actually. The fact that, if I wanted to send to multiple people, doing it in a way where it is a little bit more cost effective if you have, like, a larger team. I think the limit was maybe five three to five, and we had, like, closer to 10. Just so, like, they could all be on the same card. So to kinda combat that, we just sent it to one person, and then they just shared it out to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No More Chasing Cash: Seamless Group Cards and Collections"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

GroupTogether makes it so easy to maintain a great team culture while working remotely. My favorite part is the collaborative card. Unlike other services, it actually looks like a real card, and being able to upload photos from our team offsites or funny GIFs adds a layer of personality you just can't get with an email.

I also really appreciate the flexibility of the collections. I've never needed to contact support as it's super intuitive and not buggy. You can set it up so people can just sign the card without contributing money, which keeps things inclusive. The UI is very intuitive - I can set up a whole birthday celebration in under five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

I wish the international payment experience was a bit more streamlined. We’ve had some feedback from colleagues in France that the contribution process felt less intuitive for them than for our local team. A bit more localisation for European markets - both in terms of payment methods and gift card options - would be a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Convenient Tool for Group Gifting and cards with excellent designs! Could benefit from enhanced filters."
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

I really like that it's easy to find the designs, and the designs are pretty relevant. It's important to me that the cards and designs are aesthetically pleasing and feel appropriate for the recipient. So far, I've been able to find something that matches the person and their personality, which is a feature I value. The convenience factor of GroupTogether is top notch. I also appreciate the emails; I really like being able to see when they open the card and when somebody has been signed it. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I liked that I was able to use my work email without it getting caught in the spam filter. I really, really like GroupTogether and actually had it recommended to me by another colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

I think that just the filtering mechanisms, the way that you're able to filter or, like, search for cards by certain tags, you know, maybe certain subsets of people, different holidays. So that's something that I think could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Group Gifting and Gratitude Made Possible"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

I really liked how GroupTogether made it easy to organize a thoughtful group card and gift from our class. The digital card felt personal and polished even though it was simple to create. It streamlined the process of showing appreciation to the teachers as a group and saved me a lot of time as the organizer. The group card features were convenient since parents could add their messages directly, so I didn't have to collect and format them myself. Also, the initial setup of GroupTogether was very easy and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

The automatic reminder feature is something I think could be improved. It would be useful to see who has already contributed and who still needs a reminder, so that organizers can follow up more thoughtfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Gifting for Remote Teams"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

There's a lot I like about GroupTogether. One, I think it's just an easy website to use which makes it stress-free to get things done quickly. Two, it's very easy to adjust timing if you need more time, like reopening after you've closed if someone forgets to participate. The variety of gift cards available is really nice, allowing you to pick simple options like an Amazon gift card or more specific gifts, which can show how much you care. Lastly, the initial setup was really easy and quick for us. It's a simple setup service that even others found easy to use, making it a very easy thing for us to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

I can't think of anything off of the top of my head. I know sometimes you have to get creative where you're signing the card and, like, where to place things on the card, but I like the fact that it's not just writing. You can also put gifts and, you know, pictures and stuff on there. So overall, I don't think there's much to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Group Cards, Needs More Variety"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

I used GroupTogether for a group card for our Executive Assistant's birthday and liked how easy it was to share the link to get the card signed. It made it easy to add a gift card along with the card if we wanted to. I also absolutely loved the ability to add gifs to the birthday card, which made it so much more fun and interactive. I found it convenient that everything was all in one place, so I didn't have to go to the store to buy a card and gift card. The initial setup was easy, and I'm likely to recommend GroupTogether to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

I didn't totally love the card options. I thought they were a little plain. I had to look through several to find one I liked. I would recommend getting more card options than the ones currently offered. If music could somehow be added to the card that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamline Group Gifting"
What do you like best about GroupTogether?

I love that GroupTogether makes it so much easier to collect money for retirement gifts for coworkers. I don't have to manage anyone else's money, which was a huge pain before with collecting cash in so many ways like Zelle, Venmo, and cash. I appreciate that people can sign and contribute to a group gift, or just sign, which takes the pressure off each individual contributor and makes it way easier on the person collecting funds. I love how it reminds users to contribute and sends them a copy of the card once they have, which helps me not have to bug all of my coworkers as many times to contribute to a card. GroupTogether does the work for me. The initial setup was so easy with no learning curve at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupTogether?

I wish users could sign, and then come back later to contribute. It seems like once you sign without contributing money, you can't go back and add money later Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
