But you need to view the voucher to buy the product so if there's any problem with the merchant honoring your voucher, you're screwed. The deals bring in a lot of customers and are more likely to bring in groups. It integrates nicely with our POS system. Honestly the easiest site to execute deals with. Also, customers have the option to leave a review for your business. It’s good to receive the feedback to know how you’re doing. **What do you dislike about Groupon?** Customers are often confused on how to pull up their groupons and don’t read the fine print. The site has shut down a few times, but is fine most of the time. Can’t redeem through the confirmation email, which confuses customers. We have two different locations, so customers often buy for the wrong location and have to get refunded through Groupon. **Recommendations to others considering Groupon:** This software is easy to use and navigate. If you’re looking for an easy way to execute deals for your business, Groupon is a great choice. Most customers already know about the site as is, so it will reach more people than other sites. We sell groupons in groups of 2 or 4 so it drives in more groups. easy way to track sales as well. Easy to run new campaigns and stop old ones.most people already have Groupon accounts so they will see promotions on there already. It is only good to find different companies. **What do you dislike about Groupon?** Their customer service is almost impossible to reach and they refuse to give refunds that qualify for their refund policy. **What problems is Groupon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Do not use Groupon! DO NOT USE GROUON. They refused to give me a refund for a service that was canceled by the company themselves, despite me asking for a refund the day after I purchased it and their policy of a guaranteed refund if requested within 3 days of purchase. This was a $300 purchase. Their reasoning is so that you can "support local businesses" instead of receiving a refund. This is interesting because individuals cannot support businesses if they themselves do not have money for luxury. Your money is better off being spent with the company themselves. Many times the companies will honor groupon prices if you purchase directly through them instead. ### 15. I wish there were a more variety or I am not sure if that is something that groupon even has control over but if their sales team were to get more deals of variety that are local and that allow people to actually use the deals during the weekend when people would want to use them because people work, that would be great. I don't like how I was trying to search for places near my area and it was giving me groupon deals in Hawaii which I am no where near hawaii. They also have merchandise that can be bought and shipped where the purchaser prefers. In my experience, there has never been an issue with any certificate or item that I have purchased from this site. **What do you dislike about Groupon?** If you live in a smaller city, the options can be extremely limited on things like the local deals. The vast majority of those that I receive in my Groupon account would require that I drive at least an hour away to use them successfully. **Recommendations to others considering Groupon:** Just ensure the things that you purchase can be utilized by your company. **What problems is Groupon solving and how is that benefiting you?** The number one business problem is being solved, saving money. ### 33.
