**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The variety of cards to choose from. There is a card for every personality, and now there's an option to add gift cards & I love it! We've been using for 2 years straight now and is much more straight forward than most e-cards.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Pricing could be a bit better, but that's it. Nothing but positive experiences thus far.

We're a remote company that still gets to have a somewhat personal feel to our birthday/life celebrations.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us recognize staff without taking up meeting time. It also creates a visual conponent that verbal annoucements miss. I also really like that other staff can (at a time that works for them) add their congraulatory comments to the card.

  ### 26. Easy way to celebrate with colleagues.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting makes it very easy to send cards to colleageues and have multiple people in multiple locations signn. I love the group pre-pay option, so that everyone who has access to the company account can just pick a card, set a send date/time and not worry anything else! It has helped us to celebrate birthday's and milestones together, even while being remote. I like that it can be a surpise!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

That even when I have cards left over, after a certain amount of time, they go away, even though I pre-paid for them. It should be when you run out of cards, not hit a ceratin date!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting is helping us to celebrate "together" and feel like a close knit team, even while being remote. We can no longer decorate someone's desk, or have their favorite treat with a card on their desk, but we can still surprise them virtually using GroupGreeting!

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi there!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of GroupGreeting.

  ### 29. Fairly easy to use with good reminders for annual events like birthdays and work anniversaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We can use it for any type of event such as birthdays, work anniversaries, sympathy cards and anything else. We purchased cards 1-3 at a time in the beginning and then purchased a 20 or 25 pack since we are going to use them and the bulk discount made it worth it.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing I don't like is that it was a surprise about the charge of $1.99 for adding a giftcard. I wish that it said on the giftcard screen how much it was in the beginning.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy for me to set up a card as the administrator and then have our staff sign it

  ### 30. Executive Administrator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I have used Group Greeting for all my card needs for the past three years. It is easy to use, they have really great card selections, and add new cards frequently. My Board of Directors has mentioned how easy it is to sign the cards. I especially like that I can customize each card by adding photos, images, giffs, etc. Oh, it is just a lot of fun to create beautiful, customized, special cards that have unique and special meanings for the recipients. The various programs are also nicely customized to my needs and usage.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing really. I like everything about GroupGreeting.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates and easy and fast way for our Board of Directors to communicate birthday and other wishes with each other and keeps them connected.

  ### 31. Easy Interface, Good for Simple Cards

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like how quickly you can set up a card. I also find the settings very intuitive for sending a card, when timing when it should be sent. It makes it simple for bulk set up. It's also quite convenient that I can buy a pack of cards and then don't have to worry about seeing them later.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There are limited options for the cards I can choose. I use GroupGreeting in a professional setting to send virtual birthday cards to team members and would love more office-friendly options for different cards that I could use. We often have to dig to find the best card. It would also be nice if we could preprogram "reminders" for folks who haven't opened their card, both to the recipient and the sender.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting helps increase our team's morale and is low lift option for our employees to recognize one another and celebrate birthdays. I am not sure if our business performance has increased per se.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of GroupGreeting.

As far as sending reminders to the recipient or card creator for cards not opened--- if a card is not opened after 72 hours, you should get an email notifying you about how to resend or provide a direct link to the card. If you are not receiving these emails, please add "groupgreeting" to your approved senders list!

If you have any questions, feel free to send our support team a message!

  ### 33. Office celebrations in for the modern age

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Museums and Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We started using GroupGreeting during the pandemic to send cards of thanks, congratulations, welcome, and farewell to staff members. It was a hit! So much so that we have kept using it. It's easy to use, with a variety of fun covers, and is much easier to keep track of than passing around a physical card in a folder. Cards have always sent on time. The notifcation that a recipient hasn't opened their card is useful too, so that I can make sure they've received it and get all the well wishes.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The card can only be sent to one email. Which makes sense, but I think it would be a nice option to send a card to a group or team through multiple emails. Perahps more filters for card "Tone" as well.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting provides us with an cost- and time-efficient way to recognize and celebrate our employees accomplishments, milestones, and hard work at the company.

  ### 34. Great alternate option to send greeting cards!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that you send send anyone a greeting card for any occasion, no matter where they are located in the world. This works great for companies that have employees spread across the globe. It keeps people connected and companies are still able to show gratitude to their employees that are not directly in office.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish there wasa way to send a folloow up email in the event the individual that is being sent an ecard doesnt open it when intended. That way, if they receive alot of emails and the greeting card email gets lost with others, a follow up email maybe a day later is sent and possibly at the top of the individuals emails.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the fact that we have employees that work in different cities and states, we are still able to send them birthday or work anniversary cards to celebrate them even though they ar enot in the office.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Nicole!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of GroupGreeting!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Maybe if the giftcards could be free maybe a $5.00 giftcard could be available, but there is nothing that i dislike.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By being able to send Birthday and Anniversary greetings to my coworkers is a great feeling, because to know they are being recognized is a blessing.

  ### 36. Started using GG during COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.... We haven't gone back to physical cards!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I can include team members not located in the same office, city, or even state. Everyone on our team gets the opportunity to share their appreciation for other team members.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Sometimes the delivery emails are marked as "junk" or "spam", so I have to follow up with new recipients to make sure it's not losts.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us connect to team members when everyone is so busy. Team members aren't reliant on others to finish before signing the communication.

  ### 37. GroupGreeting Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It is very easy to use. There are plenty of cards to choose from to suit any occassion - birthdays, work anniversaries, employee/boss appreciation days, etc. The hardest part of the process is deciding on which card to send to the recipient because there are so many to choose from! Once you pick a card, just copy and paste the link into an email to distribute for comments/signatures. You can even add stickers and GIFs. :)

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I can't really think of a downside of using GroupGreeting. The only complaint I've received from a recipient is that they would prefer to receive a "traditional" card so they may display it. Other than that, no other complaints. :)

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees feel more appreciated and acknowledged when they receive one of these cards on their birthday and work anniversary. It also lets them know that their coworkers/teammates care about them.

  ### 38. Group Greetings With Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that you can create a group greeting and have people from all over the world sign it. It is so easy to create and send a card, and scheduling a time to send makes things almost effortless.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing that I don't like about GroupGreeting is that there is no reminder before the card sends. So you don't get a nudge before it gets sent out.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep moral up and the teams connected.

  ### 39. GroupGreeting E-Cards Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that there are so many different options and categories for the E-Cards. I haven't been in situation where I couldn't find a specific card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wish there was option to bundle purchase 5 cards rather than 10. I don't send that many so the 5 options would've been perfect.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding ways to acknowledge team recognition

  ### 40. Great for large offices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

There is a wide variety of cards to select for a wide range of occasions. Ability to add managers/supervisors to account so that they can select cards based off our group plan. There is a large number of features, like adding GIfs and photos to card entries.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing I would change is automatically deleting blank pages. When someone new signs a card, it automatically creates a blank page for someone else to sign, which helpul; however, once the last person signs, the blank pages remain so it would be great if those blank pages were deleted automatically before the card is sent

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting helps us solve the problem of employees working on hybrid work from home schedules and across satellite offices. It allows for everyone to sign a card regardless of where they are working that day. It also helps us solve the problem of supervisors having to buy cards with their own money. We can add them to our organization account, which they can use to purchase a card for their staff.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Regarding the blank pages at the end of your card--The blank page at the end of the card will remain until the delivery time so signers have space to add messages. When the card is delivered, our system will automatically remove the blank page at the end of the card if there are an even number of card pages with messages/images. If there's an odd number of pages, then one blank page will remain in order to maintain the 2-page layout and page-turning animation.

The least helpful thing doesn't exist! They honestly are doing a great job.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Who doesn't like to send a virtual hug to someone special and deserving of it? GroupGreeting makes it possible near or far, to be able to shower someone with that extra bit of love, support, cheer, etc. It especially makes being far away from a loved one, not so bad :)

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Wouldn't say I have any downsides to using this platform. So far so good. No complaints at al. Quite pleased.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During this pandemic, made being able to celebrate milestones, or send support during difficult times to our employees possible. We were able to be there for each other, without being there.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

We do not have any complaints at this time.

  ### 45. Best way to recognize important team events when working remotely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbey D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love that we have an account that all our managers can use to recognize, celebrate, send well wishes to collegues throughout the year. Working remotely, we aren't close enough to offer a hug or a drink, so this is the next best thing.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I haven't found anything that I don't like so far.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working remotely, it is difficult to have a whole team sign a card. This way they can and write a special message (we also love the GIFs) for team members.

  ### 46. Group Greeting makes my life as an EA so much easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freya A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It is so difficult to get people to come to my desk and sign anniversary and birthday cards. With GG, I get so many more signers, which makes the recipient feel even more appreciated.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only downside is that sometimes the cards get lost in junk or quarantined mail, but I do love that GG sends me a message informing me that it hasn't been opened so I can send the link directly to them.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GG reminds me every year of upcoming events which helps me keep track of 50+ people's birthdays and anniversaries. I also love that I can attach a gift card on certain occasions.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> Hi Freya!

Thank you for leaving a review!

Just a little insider tip if you're having some emails get spammed or quarantined: what we recommend is to send a quick email to your IT team and request to add our domain "groupgreeting.com" and email "noreply@groupgreeting.com" to your approved email senders list. We've seen this fix things almost immediately.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions, our support team is always here to help!

  ### 47. Celebrate together while being far apart!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleanor B. | Administrative Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Since our office has gone remote, GroupGreeting has allowed us to send birthday, sympathy, good-bye, and wedding cards. While being remote challenges office camaraderie, GroupGreeting allows us to celebrate one another with ease.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Sometimes I wish they had more designs and fonts. Also, placing a gif or a second bit of writing can be tricky since they can't overlap. I understand this problem, but it's difficult to see the overlap.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we worked in an office, we often would write birthday cards for interpersonal relationships to thrive. Now that we work remotely, GroupGreeting has allowed us to virtually send a card and keep (remote) office morale hight.

  ### 48. GroupGreeting Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

That we can procure cards to celebrate our staff when needed.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Im not sure I have a downside of using groupgreeting. Maybe the bundle deal pricing could be more afforable. Why are virtual cards $4?

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ways to recognize a distributed team, We do not have a physical office space so using groupgreetings for birthday shoutouts is a bonus.

  ### 49. Easy to use, fun graphics, easy search tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that there is a lot of artwork to choose from so a card can be a bit more 'customized' for a colleague. It's easy to get LOTS of people to sign - and there's always room!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I'm not a fan of some of the fonts used for messages ... but in general, I think it looks and works great.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for staff birthday cards.

**Official Response from Blythe Miller:**

> We're thrilled that you find GroupGreeting easy to use and that it helps with staff birthday cards. We'll definitely take your feedback on the fonts into account as we continue to enhance the user experience.

  ### 50. Excellent Experience using GroupGreeting for Team Birthday Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like that GroupGreeting has so many options for cards and that new cards are always being added. They aren't generic cards either, but rather themed based on months, holidays, seaons, etc. It makes sharing cards with the team not only a sentimental gesture, but also something that's fun!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I have very little to dislike about Groupgreeting. My experience thus far has been excellent.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the need for physically traveling to a store away and allows for all teammates to have an opportunity to sign the card without needing to be physically present. This is extremely important in our modern landscape where remote work is increasingly becoming a norm.
