## GroupGreeting Reviews
  ### 1. Awesome service!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keosha G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the convenience to sign the cards at your own convenience as well as the multiple work-appropriate options for cards, and the delivery has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There isn't anything I have experienced that I did not like. It has been an excellent service.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of remembering team birthdays. It also solves the frequent trips to the store, which saves on gas. It has been beneficial and presented a great opportunity to offer a variety of birthday cards for our teams, so everyone doesn't have to get the same card as everyone else.

  ### 2. G2 Is Convenient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We started using G2 during the pandemic to send all kinds of greetings during our time in a remote work environment. It's convenient.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I do not dislike anything about G2. You can get caught up trying to find the perfect card.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G2 is solving the ability for multiple people in different locations to send greeting together.

  ### 3. Wonderful Way to Send a Card

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The fact that this can be done electronically. It is hard to pass a card around as it gets lost in the shuffle. This way is much easier. The sending of the card is also so easy. I have only used this service once but am beyond thrilled.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Nothing. This is a great service. Thanks for offering.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making things easier when celebrating birthdays, special days, etc.

  ### 4. Great option for places of work that are busy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron Q. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like the option to send links to co-workers to sign. This is an excellent option with busy offices where teams don't always meet in person to sign cards physically. Also, I like their different pricing plans.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only thing I might not enjoy is that sometimes it's hard to find the right card. We mostly used it for birthdays, and I wish there were better ways to save which cards you might have already used.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is excellent that this virtual option helps send great cards to anyone quickly. It is easier to send a link out for people to sign than to wait and see who is available to sign physically.

  ### 5. Excellent way to recognize a teammate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreting has become the go-to for celebrating birthdays and accomplishments for my team. We are an international team, and the ability to have everyone, regardless of location, is wonderful. It is also very affordable

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I wouldn't consider it a dislike, per se, but it would be helpful if a recipient address book were available. It would make sending cards to recipients easier, year after year. Otherwise, I cannot think of a single thing that I dislike.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would not define this as a problem solving tool. It is better defined as a Team Building tool. It fosters employee morale when teammates are recognized for life events.

  ### 6. Makes People Feel Valued

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne L. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

As a company who has a team that is spread across two different offices & has remote staff, it is very important to have a form of gift giving that includes everyone on the team. GroupGreeting is what makes that possible for us.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There is nothing about this company that I have an issue with. Maybe that sometimes people think it is spam? But then I just download & send them a PDF as you can see if the card has not been opened yet.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a company who has a team that is spread across two different offices & has remote staff, it is very important to have a form of gift giving that includes everyone on the team. GroupGreeting is what makes that possible for us.

  ### 7. Easy to use/share and many great selections.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Easy to use, and many great selections, birthdays, weddings, babyshowers, condoloence, and many many more. Colleagues have comments how great the cards are.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

This only happened one time when the shared link doesn't work for some people... it could have been some firewall issues.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to send words of congratulations/encouraging words in this increasingly virtual/remote work environment.

  ### 8. Great Way to Create Team Celebrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Group Greeting is a great way to celebrate team milestones, birthdays, accomplishments and well wishes for a remote or dispersed team. It is easy to use. Easy for the team to sign. Easy to deliver. We like the add gift card option. Overall, improved getting out birthday and other celebratory greetings to our team equitably.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There are so many choices for the cover that sometimes it takes time to pick the best one. Wish there was a way to modify cover messaging with keeping the template/style. I

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our dispersed team to celebrate life and career milestones.

  ### 9. GroupGreeting is great for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We love the ease of the GroupGreeting! Having admin users on a Main Account is great and they can each log in.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

I don't think Admin users can add additional cards, so they have to rely on the main user to buy more bulk cards.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mainly for birthdays, weddings and baby or life events; allowing teams to sign the card from anywhere is great.

  ### 10. Great way to keep in touch with remote employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renetta S. | Call Center Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

The most helpful thing about GG is that they offer a card for multiple occasions! I like best that everyone can add their individual touch to each card.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

If I disliked anything, I would have to say the cost. My employer refused to purchase a package, so I try to catch a promotion whenever possible.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business benefit is being able to keep everyone connected, especially for birthdays and holidays

  ### 11. In our new norm, an easy way for employee recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

It's super easy to see who has signed and chase down the others.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It's been super easy. No complaints at all.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that hardly anyone is in the office at the same time, and we have remote team members and those that work in other states, it's a nice way for everyone to participate in a birthday greeting.

  ### 12. Celebrating colleagues no matter where they are in the world

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma V. | HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is now a key part of how we celebrate milestones in our organisation. We love being able to send tailored and personalised greetings and ensure that any (or all) of our colleagues get the chance to sign. The range of new designs (including animations) which are frequently updated ensure that we have an extensive selection to choose from. We also love the ability to include images and gifs for that individual touch.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The only suggestion would be an easier way of selecting timezones for the cloning option as sometimes this can take a couple of clicks to ensure I have included the correct one in the CSV file to upload.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting has enabled us to celebrate birthdays for colleagues across the globe since 2020 and replaced our previous physical card option. Colleagues enjoy receiving their cards and we have a positive response rate.

This is a great way to get everyone to be able to participate in signing a card, especially when so many people are remote!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It would be nice if there were some set greetings that could be used inside the cards.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to get everyone involved, even though so many people work remotely.

Sending celebratory cards - easy and quick to do.

  ### 16. Great for distributed teams!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Senior Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

GroupGreeting is a great way to be able to share and celebrate with our team located across the US, and it's awesome to be able to have multiple users tied to one account.

Some of the designs are a little dated, but I love that they are always adding new cards!

Our team is located across the US, and GroupGreeting is a super easy way for us to be able to celebrate big events (birthdays, marriages, babies, etc.) and allow everyone to participate. The variety of cards also makes it easy to personalize to each individual and make it a unique experience.

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love all the options provided for your gift and card-giving needs. The platform is highly user-friendly as well!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The pricing seems a little high for a virtual card but I understand there are overhead costs to manage the site and design the card images.

Easily accessible resources for virtual and global teams.

  ### 18. Beautiful cards, EASY to use, fun GIFS, good price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryanna V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I'm delighted I tried GroupGreeting even though I was hesitant since I found them through google rather than having them recommended. I will definitely recommend to friends based on the following:
1. I was able to select a single card for $5 rather than signing up for a subscription.
2. There were many good-looking cards to choose from for the occasion.
3. The ~35 people I sent the link to had an easy time signing and did not need to make an account.
4. Fun stickers and GIFs made the card more customized. Even better than a physical card!
5. I was able to schedule the delivery of the card.
6. I was notified by email when people had signed.
7. The card can be downloaded as a PDF for the recipient to save.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

My only hesitation was that I hadn't heard of GroupGreeting and thought it might be a scam. So glad I gave them a try!

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to send a remote employee a card from our group for his birthday. This allowed the whole group to sign and was covid friendly.

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Great resource for digital cards, easy to route.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The selection of cards, and search features aren't optimized. Would be great if I could search style or type, instead of scrolling.

The gif and emoji feature don't always show up when signing cards. Wish is it was more consistent.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us celebrate key milestones employees have.

  ### 21. Very convenient and so many options!

**Reviewed by:** Maxine D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

We used to buy paper cards and have recently switched over to GroupGreetings at the office. We are very pleased with all the options for various cards and how easy it is to set it up and get people to sign it. We have also noticed a higher participation rate in getting the cards signed.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting is more expensive than buying a paper card and they charge in US dollars.

Makes it easy for people in the office to sign cards and for us to get them to people in a timely manner. We also have offices across Canada and so more people can sign the cards.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the different card layouts and offerings. This service has been so helpful (especially during COVID) to send out cards to our large staff to sign. Very pretty and efficient!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our staff is large with over 100 members. It would be incredibly hard to get a physical card signed by that many people. GroupGreeting helps us to quickly get the card out for signing and then sends privately to the staff who is recieving.

  ### 33. Great Site for Office Ecards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler B. | Fraud Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

This is a very easy and straightforward site to use for ecards. I appreciate the variety of cards they offer, including ones designed for colleagues and the workplace. I like the delivery and sharing settings page because it makes it easier for multiple colleagues to sign one document. The payment process is easy.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting helps my team share kind thoughts and words with each other on people's birthdays. We have gone fully remote so we don't get to share the same sentiments often in person.

The ease of use to share the card with co-workers to allow them to customize their personal notes without physically hogging the card for others to write their notes at the same time.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Not as many font options or the ability to write the text font diagaonlly. You can size and adjust the text size, but if you want to adjust it slightly to fit next to someone else's note, it would be nice to have it written slightly tilted

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting eliminating the need to be creative on the cards or using our design team to decorate the front. We can just use one of the thousand templates available making it super easy to pick one.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Wish they could print a BIG card with all signatures (As if you bought it and everyone signed).

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Being able to send out electronically to the team a card to share supportive or healing thoughts was such a benefit. The cards were professional looking and fun!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The cost is a bit much, but I also went ahead and purchased a bunch out of my own pocket instead of waiting for management to approve the purchase.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This year our team has been working out of various office sites, so having an easy to use central card to sign and send well wishes or thoughts was helpful for our team's morale and climate.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

Group Greeting is very easy to use and has great cards for all occasions. It is easy to add messages and gifs or photos, easy to reorganize messages if needed and super easy to share with others to have them sign as well

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

My only dislike is that purchased cards dont carry over into the new year automatically. You either have to set them up before the expiration date or ping customer service for help.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Group Greeting makes it easy to recognize employees and keep morale up when everyone is able to get a personalized card and not just the same stock template that other compaines provide

  ### 41. Great Experience, Lifetime User

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the ease of use for GroupGreeting. As a fully remote company, GroupGreeting allows us to celebrate team member milestones easily! There's great designs for every occasion and I can share a quick link and everyone is able to sign the card virtually. It's my go-to for every team member event!

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Sometimes I love a card design, but the wording would need to be edited. I wish there were ways to customize an existing design. But there is enough variety that it never hinders me from finding a perfect card.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a company that had an HQ and had celebrations often in the office. Being fully remote and a company that spans 24 countries, this has helped solved celebrating team members at a distance. It's a great way for us to help connect with team members. They feel acknowledged and appreciated when we send their card.

  ### 42. GroupGreeting makes staying connected in a virtual world easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassie D. | Associate Director, Student Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I love the easy interface - pick a card, share it with coworkers, and schedule the send. This is the easiest way to share my appreciation for others in a hybrid work environment.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

It would be a little more helpful if the card options indicated which ones I've already used. I keep checking to make sure I don't double-up card selections to send.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroupGreeting is helping me show appreciation to staff on a larger scale. A lot of our office works remotely, and we have hybrid schedules that make it difficult to remain connected. GroupGreeting is helping me keep those little things in place to remind my staff how much I appreciate them.

  ### 48. Fun and Easy-to-Use Electronic Greeting Card Site

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting offers an excellent assortment of greeting cards, perfect for recognizing all sorts of events and occasions. It allows for an unlimited number of people to sign cards remotely. GroupGreeting will send the card to the recipient's e-mail account on the date and time set by the sender. The site is easy to use and offers a wide range of card styles, including many with animations.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

The GroupGreeting site has grown considerably, making it difficult to find the perfect card. A more robust search feature would be helpful.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of routing greeting cards when many of the card signers are at remote locations.

  ### 49. A Great Way to Celebrate Employees in a Virtual Environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priya K. | Director, Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

I like how all employees are able to sign a birthday card and have the recipient get it on their birthday. It's the same as when we were in person at the office but virtual.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

Not many that I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acknowledging employee birthdays. We have all staff sign the card virtually and the employee receives it on their birthday. It's been working out really well so far.

  ### 50. Best option for the team greetings or farewell letter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Delivery Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2023

**What do you like best about GroupGreeting?**

GroupGreeting provides an enormous set of various card covers and opportunities to sign the card with a personal touch by adding your own photos and gifs.
We started to use it when the teams had completely spread across the globe and it's hard to celebrate something altogether in one place or to wish a fellow colleague good luck with new endeavors.

**What do you dislike about GroupGreeting?**

There are some limitations on the text positioning on the card, but it has no impact on the overall experience.

**What problems is GroupGreeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They gave us the opportunity to have inexpiable digital cards with personal wishes, memorable events (photos, comments) for people who are leaving the team.
