Group Participants is an Atlassian Marketplace app for Jira Service Management Cloud, built on Atlassian Forge. Jira Service Management adds people to a request one at a time, not a whole Jira group. This app adds whole groups as request participants: rules per project pick request types and the groups that follow them, agents can add any group from the work item's actions menu, and an hourly sync adds new group members to matching open requests (removing leavers is optional and off by default).
