**What do you like best about Descartes GroundCloud?**

This tool is widely used by most contractors in my terminal and integrates smoothly with FedEx software. It also offers an all-in-one item option, which helps reduce the number of applications required for daily operations and business tasks.

**What do you dislike about Descartes GroundCloud?**

This product offers only minimal customization options to suit your specific work area requirements. The GPS system is not updated frequently, and there is no way to manage settings or updates from the main account. Instead, each driver must update their device or account individually. In my experience working for FedEx, there is an option to have devices set up, but this process involves sending the devices in and waiting for their return, which leads to additional time and cost concerns.

**What problems is Descartes GroundCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have submitted multiple requests about devices being flagged and trying to get my dashboard organized. However, it usually takes some time to receive a response or a solution.

**What do you like best about Descartes GroundCloud?**

It works offline fully, gives real-time updates about the route.
And it notifies when to stop and where to stop.

**What do you dislike about Descartes GroundCloud?**

Nothing as such for now. It is so far so good.

**What problems is Descartes GroundCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using GroundCloud in order to train the drivers who are working for our company.
