The best thing about Groove is being able to have all of our inboxes in one place, our team members are able to pick up on emails when others may be out of the office without needing individual logins, meaning we can respond to all of our customers quickly and effectively! It's hard to think of anything that we dislike about Groove, the only thing to note is that when you receive spam mail, you can mark it as spam but this does not then block or filter the email address the spam comes from. At Fresh Tech Maid, it can sometimes feel like we're being flooded with messages and information from a variety of sources. We love GrooveHQ because it consolidates these communications into one place and allows us to easily disperse them accordingly. I struggle with being organized and without this product, I know that I'd miss vital information being sent to me and the rest of the team. Our company uses Groove services for many years and for all 17 e-shops. Everything works perfectly, and smoothly, we separate inboxes for every country and are very nicely organized. The canned replies are just amazing and save us a lot of time, especially during difficult times when we have to deal with a huge volume of requests. The possibility to change inboxes, and assign emails to different representatives it is also very useful. Ah, also the preview function is amazing especially when you need to prioritize. And the possibility to connect Groove with other internal tools we are using.

We’ve been using GrooveHQ for 7 years. Our team handles 4-5k emails monthly. Using different inboxes for every region and agent assignments, we can handle all the emails without a mess. The canned replies feature saves a lot of time for agents to reply.

We like Groove as a shared inbox tool and there is nothing that pushes us to look for other solutions. There is one case in our processes — we need to see a number of closed emails with at least one reply. GrooveHQ doesn't show it in the interface, so we did it via API. Before using GrooveHQ, handling emails was very challenging. We receive hundreds of emails daily, which was too hard to manage. Now, we can tag colleagues and assign tickets to them. The way email threads are structured was also beneficial. It became easier to read through the history of the conversations. The Snooze function is also helpful so we don't forget to follow up. No way to auto disable auto responders so incoming emails ehoxh also have auto responders on get stock in a loop. Other software can auto detect this but GrooveHQ have not mastered this yet. We have got around this by creating multiple mailbox's for certain things, like Amazon, EBay, Stripe etc which we do not have auto responders on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Groove is straight to the point and very user-friendly. In the past year plus that I've been using Groove, I can count on one hand the number of times the site has experienced technical difficulties. A favorite feature of mine would have to be the notes that members of your team can make on email threads- this feature has allowed my coworkers and I to keep each other posted and keep tabs on important information right where it needs to be.
