GroomPin is scheduling software built for mobile dog and cat groomers. Most booking tools treat a grooming van like a salon, so groomers end up zig-zagging across town between appointments. GroomPin only offers appointment times that fit your driving route, so your day works on the road and not just on paper. Route-smart scheduling: GroomPin counts the drive between every stop, your cleanup time after each pet, and the drive home. You set your home base, the longest drive you're willing to do, how far out of your way a single booking can take you, and which towns or ZIP codes you work on each day of the week. Times that would break your route simply aren't offered. Online booking (All-in-One plan): customers book themselves from your own booking link, which you can share on Instagram, Facebook, Google or by text, or from a booking form on your website. They only see times when you're nearby, choose dog or cat services and add-ons, add care notes and reference photos, and confirm vaccines if you require them. There's no app for them to download. Automatic client emails: customers get a booking confirmation, a reminder the evening before, an "On my way" message with an estimated arrival time, and a "Your pet is ready" message when you're done. They can cancel or reschedule from a link, without back-and-forth texts. Built for how groomers work: repeat appointments, dog and cat services with stackable add-ons, repeat-customer tracking with an optional regulars discount, Google and Samsung Calendar sync, an optional limit on appointments per day, and unlimited team members at no extra cost. GroomPin runs as an Android app and in any web browser, including on iPhone, iPad, Mac and PC.
