What do you like best about Grip Events?

- Flexible: Team is always on hand to solutionize even in the case of late requests from the business.

- Features: Many aspects of the platform have improved since we started using Grip 4-6 years ago, allowing us to improve the overall Attendee experience through better insights + more customized UI / comms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grip Events?

- Timezones: It seems their Integration Managers are now USA based which slows down testing and overall delivery if you are from the UK or elsewhere.

- Bugs/Feature gaps: Not always easy to understand if or when something will be actioned if it was not already planned work. Things can be approved work or on the roadmap but not have a timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grip Events?

AI-powered recommendations, easy to use platform for both users and organisers, meeting requests and chat, meeting locations limited seating, personal agenda, branding options, desktop and mobile versions, integration with event website for exhibitors and programme, integration with event registration system for users data, customer support team. What do you dislike about Grip Events?

It would be nice to be able to add pages with additional content, to have more options to edit automated and campaign emails, as well as other messages in the platform (eg login, onboarding), and to have more flexibility on branding elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grip Events?

The platform was great to use and it was effortless thanks to our wonderful account manager Joy Veras. She was so attentive and willing to help whenever she could and provided us with different options that we hadn't even considered. Our event platform wouldnt have been a success without her.
