Tools to manage Grace and the monophone processes need to advance.
Production stability and monitoring post code release for Grace campaigns.

Contact center automation for both outreach campaigns and inbound call centers within Healthcare.  Key examples include outreach campaigns to schedule appointments, complete post discharge follow up, communicate and screen for prescription refills, etc..
