It Also provides a large number of updates via Salesforce for sales opportunities. **What do you dislike about GridBuddy Connect?** Being able to customize is key and thats not Appbuddy's strongest piece. App is also slow and needs to improve its User Interface. **Recommendations to others considering GridBuddy Connect:** If you're a small or large enterprise business you'll be able to use this because it adapts well at scale. It's fairly easy to use compared to other products, and will be a big time saver for managing lead generations from start to finish. As mentioned, since AB is great for large companies, you can really have the individuals on your team distribute the load evenly. **What problems is GridBuddy Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The sales team is going to be mostly impacted by this because of the vast amount of conversations being conversed.
