Prompt and friendly support team If they keep on innovating and developing, Grid could become a significant competitor for web-based data capture and management solution in the market. **What do you dislike about Grid?** I think these items are already in the upcoming upgrades: a. Unable to log/geological log and input data in web offline mode b. Inability to connect and integrate to the SQL master database in web offline mode **Recommendations to others considering Grid:** Highly recommended, one of the most user-friendly data acquisition tool today! **What problems is Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently looking for a data capture tool that will have an end to end connectivity to our 2D viewing and 3D mining applications in real time.
