Also, the admin version of the app which I use as an HR manager is efficient and makes my daily operations work much easier. It gives me all the consolidated data of employee's attendances, late comings and also automatically deducts the salary on their payslip if I put half-day for an employee when they are late to work. **What do you dislike about greytHR?** The server sometimes hangs up which causes the app to logout automatically. This is a bit of a hassle as all the employees then need to log back into the app every time they want to use it. It doesn't stay automatically logged in. **What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sued to keep track of all the data of our 25 employees on excel manually and literally on physical paper handwritten before Greythr. It helps us to keep all the employee records and data at one place. It has also made tracking of leaves, daily attendance, late comings much simpler and it saves us a lot of mental work and time. I have used this since 2021; it helped us to track our work-from-home employee's performance. And it made it easy to track attendance. **What do you dislike about greytHR?** Sometimes the performance of the application gets down. And sometimes, the customization has issues. For example, we had auto payslip generator, and occasionally our employees received the payslip too late. In my suggestion developers have to fix the problem ASAP. **What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us track employees' working time, and we are getting our monthly attendance and leave report within a few steps. It works as a bridge between our employees and management because the payroll, work management, and HR policy systems all come under this application.
