Easy to use and allows us to carry out network vulnerability assessment at a low cost and in a flexible way. The process of uploading TXT, CSV, and PCAPNG files for analysis was quick and the IP reports are clear and concise. Provides great ability to create IP tags, set access policies and paste malicious IPs into our firewalls to block any future traffic from such unwanted IP addresses. I really like GreyNoise for the way it shields my vision of the internet; it sifts out all that background noise and lets me concentrate on actual threats instead of running around after benign scanners. The fact that it was easy to integrate was a huge advantage; I was able to incorporate it into my workflows without much trouble. At times, the pricing tiers can be confusing, and I would like them to be clearer on usage limits. Much like Cloudflare, GreyNoise can at times be almost ‘too simple’ on first use, leaving some advanced features not quite so obvious to power users. What problems is GreyNoise solving and how is that benefiting you? GreyNoise helps in avoiding too many alerts by drowning out background noise from broad scanners. I used to spend hours chasing down benign IPs before this. Now I can confidently filter them out. Compared to something like Shodan or ThreatMiner, GreyNoise feels built for the purpose: cutting noise and directly translates into saved time and peace of mind.
