Live reports are great tool Highly recommended for Agencies that is looking for a very professional reporting system that automate delivery to its clients. **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** March 2020 is still on a develop stage, there are many performance metrics that are not into the platform. and specifically for Facebook Ads there are just a few metrics related to performance and convertions to select to reports. Reports and dashboards has different metrics to select and can't allow to combine them into one single report to see an overall there are divided on separate reports and this is not very usefull. Some graphics are not available on dashboards and other not available in reports, quit weird Finally the UX could be improved cause the arragement of widgets to build a report sometimes is quiet difficult to match spaces between them and takes more time to build a nice one where all widgets and graphics looks fine togheter. Everytime I go inside a report and save a change it generates a copy and I have to make an extra step to delete the old one. Also Would be great to create custom metrics to calculate fieds based on existing metrics. Also custom the look and feel reports to personalized it my brand. **What problems is GreyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Measure cross digital channels in one single platform and automate reports delivery to my clients ### 2. They are listening to their clients and are upgrading the platform each weeks. **What do you dislike about GreyMetrics?** There is still some bugs here and there, still some features missing. **Recommendations to others considering GreyMetrics:** Quite use friendly. It was one of the first to do what it doesn't. Now you can compare to others. Still glad I bought it when I did. **What problems is GreyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can save so much time creating reports for my company and our clients ### 3.
