Greta is incredibly easy to use and it makes turning ideas into real, working websites or apps—even if you have zero coding experience. The whole process feels like chatting with a web developer: you just describe what you want, upload your content and images, and Greta’s AI takes care of the rest.
I was able to build everything from a restaurant website to a full invoice generator app in just a couple of hours. I especially love that you can keep refining your project just by telling the AI what to change, and it quickly updates the site or app for you. The ability to export projects to GitHub or host them directly is a huge plus, and little touches—like the AI automatically adding help boxes or call-to-action sections—make the results feel polished and professional. There are a few things I’d like to see improved. Sometimes, Greta doesn’t pull in all the details from existing sites automatically, so you have to make sure you provide as much information as possible up front. Editing after the initial build is easy, but you do need to be specific with your prompts to get the best results. Occasionally, the AI adds placeholder elements (like testimonials or links) that need to be tidied up, and there are limits on how many files you can upload at once. While these quirks mean you might spend a bit of time refining your project, I actually found the process pretty fun and it’s a great way to learn how to communicate your needs clearly to the AI.
