It was quite easy to set up and quite easy to make changes and it works seamlessly, pulling email addresses and phone numbers and Zoom links out of our events automatically to schedule the Reminders. I also experienced great customer service -- a real person who was available by phone to help guide me through a couple of questions I had during the initial set up. I really appreciate being able to look at my calendar and seeing the checkmark next to the event telling me that this appointment has confirmed their appointment. This program has considerably cut down on our no-show appointments. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** The only thing I dislike is its name. Having the G in it makes it seem like it is only meant to work with Google calendar, when in fact it works flawlessly with Outlook 365. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending our clients appointment reminders automatically and cutting down on no-shows. I wish there was a way to view appointments based on day or week view, not just by calendar or all appointments altogether. I am able to tailor the transcript into my prebuilt templates for noting client accounts and the direct link to my crm has been a game changer. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** Sometimes I’m unable to stop the AI notetaker in between client meetings. I’d like to be able to trim the audio files or separate them between clients without downloading and using a third-party software and re-uploading the audio file. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping with our client reminders for their appointments, as well as allowing me to search previous notes without having to dig back through the note files. ### 37. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. Overall, GReminderes makes the the scheduling and confirmation process smoother and more efficient. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. This of course also negatively affected the amount of time it took to implement some of the less surface-level functions. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. Getting a definite confirmation from the customer that they will be joining the meeting is often all it takes to lock them in. ### 45.
