Flexible reminder set-up for both text and email and easy interface with Google Calendar.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Set-up is complicated and have had some issues with cancelling sessions through GReminders and reminder texts still sending.

Last minute cancellations have decreased and clients can easily reschedule appointments on their own.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

The service is reliable and customer service is beyond fantastic.  Since we started using gReminders, we have had very few people forget to come to their lessons, rehearsals, and performances.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

It's a little bit tricky to use.  Thankfully, they have great customer service.  Every time I have had an issue, they've been able to fix it for me, even on weekends and holidays.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a music school.  Students and their parents sometimes forget to come to their lessons, group rehearsals, and performances.  We use gReminders so that everyone remembers, every time.

Great for reminding clients about their meetings with you, as well as being able to get them to book meetings with your availability. Also has a link to rebook

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

There isn't a lot wrong with G Reminders. Its been a great one stop shop, maybe showing how clients are engaging with emails sent and creating cadences.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping prevent client no-shows, they can be busy and forget about the meeting. This solves a lot of time waste for me as I have to prepare in depth for these meetings.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

I like that GReminders works seamlessly with my Google calendar, pulls our client's phone number and appointment time and sends them a reminder text at a set time before our scheduled arrival time. It is also helpful that our clients can reply Yes or No to the reminder text to keep or cancel the appointment time, and their reply is recorded directly into our Google calendar.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

This is an issue with all text reminder services, but I wish we could text our clients from our phone number and not a different number for the service. Again, this is not a knock on GReminders because no one is able to do this at this time.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missed appointments or clients forgetting to let us know that they no longer need our services.

Yes, you are right, we cannot send from a user's phone number as the carriers consider that "spoofing" and it's something they do not allow.

We do allow users on our pro-plans to choose a dedicated number, however, so that is an option.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

We needed a scheduling and reminders solution for our large sales team and chose GReminders.

During the setup process, their team was very helpful and available to meet at a moment’s notice. When we requested additional features and options, they answered quickly, providing everything we needed to make the integration a success.

It is also a great add-on to Salesloft because Salesloft does not have SMS reminders nor a usable round-robin meeting capability. G-Reminders fills those gaps without any real compromise to existing Salesloft functionality.

I would highly recommend them.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

For now, nothing much to say, all we can hope is we will keep getting the same services and support we are getting now.

I love that this gives my clients the freedom to schedule and reschedule online. I use to get a lot of cancelations but greminders have helped greatly!

I wish it was easier to setup a team, I have a few people I would like to add to my account but I would need admin account.

It's super easy to use! Other platforms have too many features that I don't need while this one is simple. Enter name and phone number, and your client will receive a reminder. Perfect done!

So far I'm a fan; I guess I wish there were more texts that came with the package, but so far I've only come close once to using them all.

We had to manually send text reminders t clients and fumble around with calendly and acuity with features we really didn't need. I love how straight forward Greminders is!

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

Its very simple to use and and setup. Its a simple solution to stay on top of your meetings. Its very customizable and allows users to manage their own profile and any custom scripts they want. 
Love that they have integration with other meeting software

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Some intial setups are alot to setup.
Not the best UI and UX.
The way they integrate with Microsoft is not the mose secure (they dont need access to the whole email box just calenders)

When I was not by my computer I didnt know i had a meeting scheduled sometimes. GReminders now sends me a SMS message when there is meeting scheduled so I know when somethin is happening.

I can easily set text reminders for clients with tons of customization options. It automatically syncs to a Google Calendar I choose and will text the number I  have saved for them.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

It seems like the software is still fairly new. There are some features that dev. needs to add. For instance, someone replied to my text reminder with Yes! And it didn't count that as confirmed because of the exclamation point. However, I emailed about it and they fixed it right away.

I use it to send text reminders for client appointments, and it works great. I used to do the text reminders myself! It saves me time and it's easy to see who has confirmed just by looking at my calendar.

customer service is geat, good integration with redtail to keep us and clients on the same page

it does take some work to build the various templates depending on how complicated you're scheduling is but worth it when its set up

We don't have to use valuable administrative time making reminder calls, which people don't answer, and leave messages, hoping they're heard. Our staff was forced to follow up with text messages on unanswered reminder calls, which was very time-consuming. With GReminders, it's all done automatically for us. GReminders has saved us so much time and frustration; we love it! No-show appointments were a weekly and costly occurrence for us in the past. With GReminders, we haven't had a no-show appointment for months!

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I haven't experienced any downside of using GReminders. There are many more features to the service that I hope to have time to become familiar with and use in the near future.

No-show appointments were a weekly and costly occurrence for us in the past. With GReminders, we haven't had a no-show appointment for months! Our administrative staff is freed up to do more outbound calling to schedule new appointments rather than confirm existing ones.

It's been great! I did some research to find a good alternative to the system we were using already at work, and was given over the phone support quickly. Since starting with GReminders, support staff have been fast and on top of helping us whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Hmmm, not so sure! Maybe just that I am not a detail-oriented person and I think there are things about GReminders that I haven't learned yet because I don't have the patience to do the learning. Is there an accessible easy-to-use overview of how it all works? Probably, but I'd love to see it!

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminding families about upcoming appointments happens automatically now which is fabulous! This saves me on admin time and helps remind families that we have something coming up.

It just works.  Most applications I've tried to use for this kind of thing make big promises and offer tons of features, but are constantly presenting bugs and glitches.   GReminders has worked flawlessly.  The couple of issues I had were because I didn't know how to use it, and customer support was easy to reach and super helpful.  Thank you!

The customer support was very easy to work with.  The app delivers just as promised.  The integration with Google calendar was seamless.

I like that you don't have to pay for the email reminder service, but if you want to go further than just emails, you can. For a reasonable monthly fee, you can get SMS reminders sent to clients and never have someone miss another appointment with you!

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

They do tend to oversend some marketing reminders to your email so you do have to be cognizant of ensuring that your subscription to them is limited to the services you would like.

I would have clients forget about appointments, fail to cancel appointments within a 24-hour notice of their already booked appointments, and have some clients constantly contacting me about when their appointment was.

It certainly makes it easier for me to set up networking meetings with other business owners.

I wish there were more ways to integrate with Google Workspace. It would be nice if there was a way to track/gather GReminder data in sheets. HIPAA compliance would also be a nice feature.

I love that my customers can't confirm our appointments. I like how user-friendly the website is. Very expensive.

I don't have any dislikes. I wanna make customer service one 800 number versus setting up appointments

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

We have been using this product for about 2 years.  In that time they have rolled out several important features that have made communicating with our clients so much easier including API and the ability to charge clients after appointments are complete.  In the last two years, we have only had one service interruption when they were switching servers, which lasted for maybe 24 hours.  Customer service is also very easy to get in touch with.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I would like to have more account wide templates to trigger reminders, but really this isn't much of an issue.  I should really just be more streamlined.

decreased no shows and office work.

**What do you like best about GReminders?**

The SMS feature. We also like how our youth will use it and how they would rather communicate via text compared to an email. I also enjoy the calander feature.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

Learning how to use it has been difficult I think having a training video on youtube would help. I also which there was a way our students could msg and be signed up for the service.

Reminding our students about the workshop location and times of programing. Streamlining the reminder service and not having to do it daily. It also helps monitor the timing of our workshops.

It is helpful that you can schedule multiple people at once,many other programs don't allow that.

Using the booked log view is very hard to use. There is no way to organize it by date or person. It also has duplicate appts.

We are able to schedule multiple people at once as our company grows.

being able to customize reminders and the variables makes it easy to edit the reminders to suit your needs.

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

the only dislike I have of the Greminders is that you have to be wary of the character limit and how many sms credits are actually being used, if you arent paying attention you will go through your credits really fast.

Greminders is great for reducing the amount of "no-shows" for appointments and it is an automated process that reduces the workload when it comes to scheduling.

So far so good. I wish that Google Calender was as good as Apple I Cal as that remembers names previously used.

Easy to send a link and have appointments scheduled!

**What do you dislike about GReminders?**

I dislike that I can't be more specific i with dates available and blocks of time I'm not. Have to choose a specific time period for each day of the week, and then if it fluctuates the following week I have to go and change it again, when I'd like to block certain days since my schedule isn't set in stone.

**What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can easily have patients schedule appointments that work for them and my schedule.

While you can set up availability in GReminders down to 5 min. increments each day, for those whose schedule fluctuates, we suggest just blocking time on your calendar. As a small business owner / solo practitioner I am a one person show and I am always looking at ways to save time doing admin work so I can spend more time with my clients. GReminders is easy, simple, and reliable, and takes some of the mundane admin work off of my plate.

I would love for the email reminders to be more aesthetically pleasing ie being able to insert my logo somewhere.

We are able to customize our scheduling pages, and it is pretty straightforward from the consumer-facing side of the service.

I wish the site looked a little more professional and I wish the user end was more intuitive. It took us a very long time to figure out how to set a password, for example.

I love being able to just send a quick link to my clients so they can schedule with me easily, instead of listing out my availability for them and risking a time slot getting booked up before they respond. I also love how it integrates with GoToMeeting and how I can automate reminders to be sent out.

Occasionally my Outlook account will come disconnected from GReminders and I won't know until a client tells me my calendar link isn't working but this has only happened twice I think and the GReminders support team is quick to fix it!

I like the ease with which I can schedule my working hours. I like that it texts me 24 hours before appts as a reminder. My experience with G reminders has been very positive.

I wish that I got texted each time a new appt got set up instead of just an email. It could be better if I got a text each time.
