This system has a bit of a learning curve, when first getting started but once you get the hang of it, it is easy to set up reminders. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** The only thing I don't like about GReminders is how finicky the templates are, I've had to change my templates multiple times in order for them to be schedule to send. You cannot deviate much from the criteria or else the reminder won't be able to be sent. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients may sometimes forget about their appointments, and given the nonflexible timeframes insurances give us, rescheduling is sometimes not possible. It's a bummer I can't have access to that at a lower subscription level. It's just such a jump to go from free or $8/mo to $100 when I'm an individual user. Prior to every meeting we will receive a summary of client cases and information that has been pulled from past activities and meetings. This has been a great way to refresh our memories and create connection points with clients that may have previously been forgotten. GReminders also has great customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions or issues we run into. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** The notes that are generated after a meeting can become repetitive because of the pre-set templates. It is great at capturing the general ideas of the meeting and what was discussed, however it will report the same information multiple times on the same notes. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** GReminders is helping solve two issues. The first is contacting clients to schedule an appointment. Prior to using GReminders we had to play phone and email tag with clients trying to find a time that worked for them to have their review with their adviser. Before using GReminders we would have to write or dictate our notes, which would sometimes take hours to transcribe properly. From scheduling appointments, to sending reminders, to the incredible integration with our CRM, and revolutionary AI tools - this platform is one of the best uses of our company money and resources. We were to the point we needed to think about hiring a part time assistant and G-Reminders gave us back the time and capacity we needed to keep growing our business without having to add a new team member (yet)! **What do you dislike about GReminders?** There is a lot of logic/details that must be done exactly right. I don't think I was aware that some of the support after the fact was an extra cost, however the support I have received has been wonderful. There is a learning curve to figuring out how to use it to its full capacity, as there is with any product. The "complaints" if you can even call it that - pale in comparison to the positives. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freeing up my time from calling clients to schedule appointments and sending reminders Follow-up for our meetings used to take an hour- now it takes minutes with the AI notetaker. Any tool that can give you back that much time with extreme detail and effectiveness is a game changer. Of all the tools we use, G-Reminders has been the biggest game changer. Also, I want to make sure that my indication below about the price of the product - it is a VERY affordable product and very well priced. If anything, the only downside is that we haven’t had the time to explore all the features GReminders now offers. It might be helpful if there were a simple walkthrough or onboarding refresher to highlight those newer features for busy teams like ours. But that’s more about us catching up than any fault of the platform. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** GReminders has solved several key problems for us—starting with the time-consuming task of manually confirming client appointments. Before, we had someone dedicated to calling or emailing clients to confirm meetings. Now, GReminders handles that automatically and reliably, which has saved us significant time and staffing costs. It’s also helped reduce no-shows and late arrivals, because clients get timely, professional reminders and summaries that keep everyone aligned. That consistency has elevated our client experience and freed our team to focus on deeper, more strategic work. In short, it’s made our operations more efficient, more professional, and far more scalable—without adding complexity. ### 35. It is the sort of thing where the more we use GReminders, the more valuable it will become. For example, after using the notetaker to take notes during a meeting, we can push those notes to our CRM or create activities for other staff members. Greminders is also sending scheduling invitations based on tag groups in the CRM, which logs the email outreach and invites the client to schedule. As we use GReminders more, there will be more data within the CRM to build from. The AI notetaker is really good. I have used other notetakers, but find the GReminders notetaker tends to be more thorough and accurate. It is pretty easy to create new templates for different meeting types so that the notetaker will know to gather specific information and format it in a certain way depending on the topic and the purpose of the meeting. Additionally, the notetaker data can be used to generate post-meeting emails - those emails can also be templated differently based on the meeting type. In general, the system is very friendly to configure, though there are some things that are a little bit harder in the beginning. The documentation is very extensive and very easy to use - the few times when the documentation didn't answer my questions, the support team was responsive and kind. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** The learning curve is a little steep at the beginning, though it levels off very quickly. It does take a little time to understand how the different settings are interconnected, and how to get exactly the experience you're looking for. **What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the notetaker extensively in meetings - it allows us to be more present and engaged with our clients. Clients also love the summary/follow-up emails that we generate from the AI notetaker; I love how thorough the notes are that the advisors push to the CRM for recordkeeping. In financial services, documentation is everything! The scheduling pages are very functional; they're pretty standard in terms of what other scheduling services offer. However, I do appreciate that there are a lot of options for team scheduling, and the new "Rooms and Resources" feature lets you book conference rooms automatically. The reminders are nice and also very customizable in terms of content and timing. We are starting to implement bulk emails to invite clients to schedule, which will hopefully be a big time-saver for us. It will also help us stay on top of scheduling so we don't miss anyone. ### 36.
