I like that I can control what calendas are used to send reminders from rather then it being an all or none tpe of thing. Once you get it set up it is really easy to set it and forget it. I had some questions when there was turnover in the admin on the account and I was able to set up a time with customer service quickly and they were helpful and able to walk me through the process of what I needed done. We use G-Reminders all the time for our sales guys and their appointments and it has helped cut down on our no show appointments. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** I wish there was a way to destinguish between personal reminders and apointment reminders. I find most of the issues I have with GReminders are user error, ie, something I've done incorrectly. There have never been any software glitches to fix on their end. And when I have a question, I can schedule a Zoom call and it gets answered in half the time it takes me to figure it out on my own or by going through various chatbots. Although they also do have a rich FAQ section as well. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** Nothing. For summer, our busiest time, I needed that to stop! Since using GReminders, I only had 3 no shows all summer! That is unheard of in our business. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** The only downside is the ability to change the kind of notification, or the parameters on different notifications. It's impossible for me to have different notifications for driving tests and driving lessons, since the titles are very similar. If I could make a parameter the length of time a calendar event has, that would be PERFECT. For isntance, a driving test takes 45 minutes, whereas a lesson is 2 hours. I was offered a 15-minute consultation and got all my questions answered. The system is set up to send our drivers SMS reminders one hour before delivery with all the notes for pick-up and drop-off locations. It works great! I can easily set up reminders for each driver. It is relatively intuitive to use, and the 15 minute consultation saved me a lot of time than having to figure it out on my own. **What do you dislike about GReminders?** This is an expensive service. Since the character count exceeds a certain threshold, we pay more per SMS. That said, it was much easier to use than a previous service. We will likely build out our own driver SMS system in the future, but for now, this does the trick.
