**What do you like best about Greenspace Health?**

As someone working closely with underserved communities and advocating for men’s emotional well-being through A MAN MUST CRY, I value how Greenspace makes it easy to track progress, engage individuals in their own healing journey, and adapt care based on real-time feedback.

It’s not just a tool it’s a bridge between community-based support and professional mental health standards. The simplicity of administering assessments like PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and the visual representation of client progress, creates trust, motivation, and hope especially in settings where therapy is often inaccessible or stigmatized

**What do you dislike about Greenspace Health?**

While the tool is incredibly impactful in structured and clinical environments, it can feel distant from the realities on the ground , where access to internet, smartphones, or mental health professionals is often minimal.

As a grassroots mental health advocate working through A MAN MUST CRY and other initiatives, I see great potential for Greenspace if it could be adapted for offline use, translated into local languages, and embedded with culturally sensitive screening tools that reflect African experiences of trauma, stigma, and healing.

Custom-making the platform to fit the African context not just technically, but culturally would bridge a huge gap and empower community health workers, peer educators, and even traditional leaders to participate meaningfully in early detection, support, and recovery.

Greenspace Health helps track mental health progress in a simple, clear way. It solves the problem of not knowing if someone is getting better or worse, especially in places where therapy is hard to access.

For me, as a mental health advocate, it helps start real conversations, build trust, and show people their healing journey. It makes my work in the community more organized, effective, and impactful.

Its interface is intuitive, easily accessible, and user-friendly for both clinicians and clients, allowing outcome measures to be completed and reviewed with minimal barriers. Greenspace effectively integrates both quantitative data (standardized measures, score changes over time) and qualitative insights, providing a holistic view of client progress within a treatment setting.

**What do you like best about Greenspace Health?**

One of the things I appreciate the most about the greenspace service is how easy it is to understand the platform, it is easy to understand and helps a lot when reviewing if what you see in therapy with the therapist is in line with what the patient's tests show. When I have a question, they are also quick to respond and facilitates the implementation within the therapeutic sessions.

I wish there was more variety in testing, but it's something I know Greenspace is actively improving.

To be able to compare what is found within the therapy with the patient with what the Greenspace tests of the same patient being treated show. Greenspace makes the therapy more scientifically sound.

Using measurement based care is essential to good clinical practice.  Greenspace makes it simple to collaborate with clients, collect consistent data and track changes across time.  In short, Greenspace enhances good clinical care to excellent practice.  Customer support was available readily and efficiently when needed.

It is important to have conversations with clients about the benefits of Greenspace so they buy in and commit to getting results with these tools.

Measuring client progress.  Subjective client reported measures are important, essential even, but quantative data is equally so.  We all want to know that clients are improving or not.

**What do you like best about Greenspace Health?**

It provides our organization an ability to monitor client outcomes, how ell they are functioning, and real time data.  Behavioral Health struggles to give a clear picture of client outcomes for those with mental health and/or substance use disorders.  This also helps us to use measurement based care to demonstrate that behavioral health issuse need to be recognized as chronic diseases, like hypertension, diabetes, and asthma and often have better outcomes.  It also is very easy to use, especially for our clients.

We are working closely with them to modify their language to better reflect how the general public will understand what they are seeing related to client improvement and stability.

Greenspace is helping our organization better monitor how our clients are doing with their mental health conditions and to use objective meqasures to do so.

Providers really like the information they can glean from assessments!
Seamless for patients to accept invitation via text/email and create their account.
Assessment delivery intervals are easily changed based on Provider's needs.

We have one "Super - User" who understands all nuances of the system because she is the staff person interacting the most from an adminstrative standpoint with our patients.   Our other Admin users are ok but without daily use, it is sometimes confusing for staff.

We are quickly able to discern if a patient's mood is low and/or lower than their last visit.  We are now in compliance with our accredidation body who mandated we get a system in place such as Greenspace.

Measurement based care is an important facet of behavioral health care, and being able to get data directly from the individuals served is going to make an incredible difference to the treatment team and the individuals served. 

Our implementation experience was top-notch, and working with Jordan was an overwhelmingly positive experience.  He made sure to walk us through every step of the process, with training for staff and leadership, and open communication.

Greenspace is user-friendly and fairly intuitive!

At times it is hard to get staff and persons served to buy-in on signing up and completing assessments.

Our agency is big and has 10 programs accessing Greenspace, so on our end, implementation of MBC on Greenspace has been slow and steady.

Our agency is impleting FIT/MBC with  clieents of all popualtions: child, youth, SUD and MH. By having data that demonstrates the strengthes of our programs, we will be able to show contractors the value of our services.

**What do you like best about Greenspace Health?**

Greenspace provides a user-friendly platform to consolidate data collection in clinical settings. From my experience, Greenspace has been easy to use and is purposively designed to address the nuances of data collection in this context. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive, making the implementation process a breeze. I would highly recommend this platform to relevant organizations.

**What do you dislike about Greenspace Health?**

For some clinical settings with very specific program designs, there are some technical hurdles that prevent the user from full customization. That being said, Greenspace has always done an excellent job at collaborating with our organization to address these constraints and find reasonable solutions.

**What problems is Greenspace Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenspace allows for the centralization of data collection and is extremely useful for programs that have a significant amount of client data; this is extremely useful from a research and analysis perspective. Greenspace also reveals results in real-time, which allows therapists the opportunity to use self-report outcome measures as a guide in their clinical approach.

We love the exceptional, easy-to-use, accessible platform that Greenspace offers to our clinicians and our leaders in measuring the care that is provided to our clients. This has enabled us to make important developments within the programs and services we deliver and has ensured that our clients and clinicians alike feel engaged in the mental health work they're endeavouring. We have been a partner with Greenspace since 2016 and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and have built several customized platforms for our programs.

Nothing! Anytime we have a question, concern, or issue, Greenspace has been expedient in finding a solution and ensuring we are satisfied.

Greenspace provides us with (1) an accessible platform to measure the care that we're providing, and (2) integrates multiple tools within customized platforms for various programs and services we deliver. In both cases, this has filled critical gaps in our service delivery, and has simultaneously ensured that we're growing and developing our services in strategic ways.

The GreenSpace staff is friendly, professional, intellectual, and  easy to work with. They work cooperatively with you to create a valuable dashboard to improve your clinical outcomes! They make you feel like part of the GreenSpace family and treat you well!

I have greatly enjoyed working with GreenSpace. It has been a pleasure, and I have no criticism of them. I may even want to work with them when I retire from my current job!

**What problems is Greenspace Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GreenSpace has provided an excellent outcome measurement platform, offering advanced metrics, including percent recovery, time to recovery, reliable change, and cohort analysis. I anticipate the metrics will expand and get more sophisticated as our relationship evolves and we solicit university expertise. GreenSpace is open to innovation and collaboration, which makes it a great company to work with.

The flexibility we have in configuring Greenspace to meet our needs has helped us meet our program needs, and their support team has been wonderful to work with.

We have been very impressed that Greenspace has been willing to consider and implement requests for re-configuration and design that we have made to improve the client and user experience.

Greenspace is a user-friendly platform that has allowed for better integration of measurement-based care practices to be embedded within our continuum of mental health and substance use services. The data visualizations make it easy and quick to digest the information collected from the self-report measures and share this information within clinical teams and with the individual.

Currently, there are no major downsides to using this platform. As they are building and evolving, they include players from our organization in planning and feedback and are always very helpful and quick to support our needs.

Our clinical staff and Treatment Teams can efficiently utilize the assessment tools and graphed results to help clients and the organization better understand treatment progress.

We have not encountered any problems with the platform.  When there is a question or need for assistance, the Greenspace Team responds quickly.

No major downsides. We have had some issues in functioning, and when they have been brought up Greenspace has already been working on a solution to improve functioning.

**What problems is Greenspace Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Progress measurement is easier with Greenspace and having all the various tools already integrated into the system is helpful. It requires minimal research on appropriate tools for clients based on symptomology.
Greenspace is also helpful for visuals of overall impact of services provided, as well as assessing therapeutic alliance and potential changes needed to make treatment is more effective.

Greenspace has successfully met the needs of our agency from a measurement-based care perspective. It is a one-stop shop for assessments and tools. This allows us to engage in ongoing quality improvement and quality assurance when it comes to providing the best services possible for our clients. The benefits of providing a platform for clients to share their ratings and view their progress in regular increments throughout treatment have been profound.

**What do you dislike about Greenspace Health?**

At times it has been expressed that there is a learning curve when first utilizing the platform. 

Our implementation Leader Jordan Finewax; has gone above and beyond for our team to ensure this has been mitigated as much as possible!

**What problems is Greenspace Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greenspace is providing a platform for our agency to monitor client progress, program completion, and therapeutic alliance. Furthermore, greenspace affords us the opportunity to gather very rich data points, allowing us to engage in reporting robust information to our ministries.

I've looked at quite a few software products out there. Greenspace is user-friendly and affordable. The team was happy to customize practically anything! They're a pleasure to work with.

There isn't much. I'd love to one day have the ability to customize the dashboard myself.

Having reviewed multiple competitors, Greenspace's product stood out as intuitive and easy to use. Working with them in a complex, multistakeholder implementation has been a positive experience. They've been responsive, flexible, and effective throughout.

Clinicians often resist using Greenspace for a combination of reasons. Having clinical champions, clear leadership, and a smooth operational process for applying the data can help improve clinician uptake.

Greeenspace is helping our member organizations improve the quality of care they deliver. Having multiple organizations adopt it is helping our industry address perception problems in our market about the quality and value of mental health services.

**What do you like best about Greenspace Health?**

As we have launched into using measurement-based Care, Greenspace has been an excellent platform to use. We had some internal hiccups with adopting processes, and our implementation Coordinator, Jordan Winefax, walked through each aspect of every step with us. Jordan has been exceptionally helpful in learning the platform, understanding the data we are now collecting, and even creating how-to videos for staff!

**What do you dislike about Greenspace Health?**

Not a downside, though we had some internal challenges with learning a new platform. Greenspace was helpful in navigating this with us.
