Scorecarding is an annoyoance for carriers, lets be honest. The Iso platform is organized, efficient, intuitive and among all else, fair. Everyone has been agile in implementing our requests, and they give excellent feedback and suggestions on how to take our processes and insights found with them to the next level. Secondly, the product is intuitive, and we have gleaned some interesting pieces of information on internal and external processes that could be improved upon. ISO makes the purchase processes in full follow-up, which always ensures smooth procedures as well as the arrival of materials to the site on time. It is good that ISO tools enable us to communicate with many suppliers for the same material, and we can request quotations and prepare lists with them, as well as attach details of materials and catalogs, in addition to attaching explanations about how to pay and expected delivery dates, which makes it easier for company officials to study them carefully and choose among themselves, and issue a notice of approval to the appropriate ones. After obtaining approval, we can send the purchase request to the seller, and we can update the status continues until the materials arrive at the site. The reporting tools are very effective, with which we can clearly display all the details of purchases, including the quantities and amounts of money they contain. How data is presented and available to analyze the pattern, cost and possible remedies is outstanding. We have been using multiple platforms, and getting a coherent picture of the overall structure was next to impossible. ISO helped us rein in the supply chain cost.
