Support is very good with someone always available to assist and respond to queries. Also they are constantly iteratively improving their product. I remember when they rolled out .xlsx extracts which was highly useful.

One particular feature which is both brilliant and frustrating in equal measures is how they deal with missing data. As series of different donotations are used based on why data is missing (e.g, data just not entered, answer no longer applicable, etc). Whilst useful it would also be nice to have the option to remove this when exporting data.
