This has been resolved though through communication from administrator. It is designed mainly for device-related clinical investigations, e.g. with specific Adverse event reporting forms. The system is quite simple to set-up, implement and use. It has basic functionalities such as process rules, queries and monitoring tools. It is an on-line tool which means it is accessible from wherever you are. It uses two-factor authentication for security reasons. Their support tools are easily accessibles, and teh customer support is usually fast in their response. I could sometimes miss some flexibility in how to set the system up, for example if you want to hide, or show, particular questions in a general form used on different data events (visits). One of the things I value is the ease with which you can build a study in the system and the flexibility of using and reusing forms, depending on your different visit needs. The multiple-language option is also nice. Many times, we do studies with different language requirements, and it is nice to be able to use the same structure but allow the participant language option. i have only good experiences with customer service. Support is very good with someone always available to assist and respond to queries. Also they are constantly iteratively improving their product. What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical? One particular feature which is both brilliant and frustrating in equal measures is how they deal with missing data. As series of different donotations are used based on why data is missing (e.g, data just not entered, answer no longer applicable, etc). It's slow especially when multiple subjects are in the system. It is not possible to customize user account types. The date and time entry is difficult. I'm not sure I understand well the question. Helpdesk (Ida Andresen) always helps to setup the CRFs if I have trouble with it.
