Overall, a very user-friendly efficient platform for in terms of ease of use and navigation. Easy visual way to see incomplete/complete data in visit forms, and makes it easy to communicate to members of the team regarding urgent patient safety queries and such. We like that it is very customizable and that customer support is always very quick and helpful. It is easy to use for all parties involved in the study. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Clinical? It is not that easy to handle device accountability, which is very important for us as our device includes many components, some of which are discarded after use, some are used by other participants later in the study and some needs replacement during the study. Addtionally, we really miss an ad hoc entry feature for participants. For our studies the participants need to enter data multiple times (2-25) each day, which we have not found a good solution for in CCG. I have been running a multi-site study for the past eight months. Using Smart Trial has made my life and others involved in the study much easier. I monitor the study and am responsible for the overall project management of the trial. It is really helpful to monitor all the study sites with one log-in to Smart Trial and see how many subjects have been enrolled per site, if they have answered the questionnaires or not, and where they are in the study timeline. Good overview of adverse events. I know the LPIs also love having Smart Trial instead of paper forms. No need to have the subject fill out paper forms and then scan and send them. After the initial training by Greenlight Guru you have all the tools available to start building your own clinical trial in the software. The software is very inituitive to work with. In case you have any question, the support team is always available to help you. We succesfully used the software in a multicenter study with 10 accounts. At the moment there are no aspects that we dislike. In case there are any, the support team actively listens to the feedback they get from their users. The software is often updated. Compared to other types of EDC systems we mainly safe time with configurating the software.
