There are way too many clicks to navigate. When i'm on a req and want to go back and forth from the candidate to the job info, it requires way too many clicks and back and forth. The new candidate profile isn't easy to navigate. Overall there is a lot of functionality tweak. When i close a req, it would be nice to see the pipeline view but that disappears. The filter function is OK but resets each time you click on a profile. Copying stages for interview set up could be a lot better. That requires a lot of set up time and it would be nice if it were easier to pick and choose what we want to copy, including interviewers, and questions. The support team is always useful, nice and quick to answer. It is super encompassing and holistic, it helps us with pretty much everything we need and they're constantly making new upgrades! We started using Greenhouse after some time using a competitior and Greenhouse is universes away in terms of the quality of their product. I'll go as far as to say that there aren't a lot of ATS that compare to the power of Greenhouse. We've implemented it a while ago but back then we had a lot of support from our Account Manager as well. And it integrated immediately with our whole tech stack, which is godsent. **What do you dislike about Greenhouse?** I have some nitpicks or dream features but overall I don't think there's anything I dislike about the tool. I will say I'm not a fan of the new candidate page layout but they do allow you to turn it off and enable the legacy page. **What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as an ATS but also to manage internal recruiting records (why roles are open, who signed off, etc) and manage our passive talent pool. We also use the features that automatically post roles in a variety of free job boards. It facilitates pipeline organization and candidate communication, and contributes to a smoother interviewing team experience for Hiring Managers, Recruiters and the ICs interviewing. ### 31. Additionally, even with shorter booleans i.e. (strategy AND operations) it pulls from comments/scorecards and not just the resume, and I've also seen when manually going through applications there's some resumes that didn't pop up that had the boolean keywords.
