**What do you like best about Greenhouse CI?**

Very user friendly and a clean interface that has intuitive commands.

**What do you dislike about Greenhouse CI?**

Back end integration is somewhat convoluted and not as smooth as it could be.  Required additional, in-house built API's.

**Recommendations to others considering Greenhouse CI:**

Be sure integration works on the back end as early as possible and that the correct API's are there.  Be open to 3rd party implementation team if you really like this product.

**What problems is Greenhouse CI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better database for candidates and analytics.  Running accurate reports and gleaning true information from them.

Sometimes it's difficult toknow where to go to get certain items. Very few one click options.

Distributing a candidates profile across a team
