What do you dislike about GreatVines? I dislike that I have to sync it twice a day. I do not like that I have duplicate customers in my GV and can not edit them out. It solves the issue of taking notes, I can take notes in the account and not have to look through hand written notes. It also allows for transfers of routes to a new rep more seamless.
