Greatvine is an AI receptionist for small and growing businesses. It answers your business phone 24/7 in a natural voice, answers questions from your own business information, books appointments straight into your Google or Outlook calendar, and transfers callers to your team when they need a person. Robocalls, telemarketers and scam calls are handled without your phone ringing, and anyone you miss gets a text right away. The same assistant answers SMS, WhatsApp and website chat, so your hours, prices and availability are consistent on every channel. Every call is transcribed and summarized, in the web portal and the iPhone and Android apps. Greatvine works with the phone system you already have: forward your main line, or move your number over. Team and Enterprise plans add department routing (a phone tree with dial by name and extension). It also runs inside monday.com: call and text from any item, greet known customers by name, and log every call on the contact.
