I've had a few reviews of negative feedback that had nothing to do with my fault or a situation I was not involved with, but I got a negative score and then other people can see that. Great Recruiters is a valuable tool, but the timing of its review requests could be improved. Asking for feedback immediately after presenting a client can lead to inaccurate reviews, as the recruiter hasn’t had a chance to build a relationship yet. Reviews should be based on actual working experiences rather than first impressions.

Additionally, when a candidate is transferred to a new recruiter due to staff changes, they may already feel frustrated about the transition. Requesting a review too soon in these cases can result in feedback that doesn’t reflect the new recruiter’s efforts or professionalism. I enjoy the platform however I've found that when a review goes over a certain character limit, it tends to cut off in the graphic and doesn't show the whole review when you choose to post to social media.
