I think the app could have a better user experience with sort and filter features. There's no search tab to look for someone, and it doesn't save searches when you're on them. This can be confusing, especially for clinicians who genuinely want to support their recruiter but don’t understand why their review isn’t showing up or helping with certification progress. I wish there was more integration with our ATS and automated requests to review you as the recruiter were automated at certain stages of the recruitment process to start getting that feedback so we can real-time understand how we're impacting their experience. I also wish their was an Account Management/Program Management version as I build a lot of relationships with candidates on my contracts/accounts, but may not directly be their recruiter.
