Great Recruiters is an easy-to-use platform that allows me to collect feedback from the healthcare professionals I work with in real-time. I am able to check in frequently to review the feedback I am given so that I can adjust accordingly, and I can send my review link to other potential professionals to review as they decide which recruiter they want to work with. I would recommend implementing a system in which if they've reviewed the same person already, it identifies their email address and doesn't let them submit a second review. Management receives an email each time I'm reviewed, and it can give them an accurate pulse of how I am doing from a client perspective and not just from an internal revenue perspective. Some ATS platforms don't provide the type of APIs that are required to build a deeper integration (but we would love to!). As a relationship based recruiter who built a reasonably large technical recruiting organization, I love everything about it. One of our core values at Triple Crown is Fostering Relationships. We do that in a variety of ways, but until partnering with Great Recruiters, we never had a way to get primary feedback in our candidate's own words AND be able to broadcast that feedback to the world. From a recruiting perspective the tool enables me to build my reputation in a positive fashion and strive to outdo myself with greater service. It also gives me a barometer for what I can improve upon. I wish something like this was available to me in my recruiting days. I really can't think of anything I dislike. I wish 100% of our recruiters took it as seriously as they should. That's more of a Triple Crown problem than a Great Recruiters problem.
