I love how GR runs on its own in the backend and is triggered automatically to send review links to candidates we are working with. It is incredibly seamless and easy to use. I love how quick and easy it is for candidates to review you - literally takes a few seconds, but gives us great feedback. I love the reporting I get regarding my team. It is great in our standup meetings to cheer on a recruiter who got a great review or a referral from it. I have been a staffing firm owner for 25 years and it is easily one of the best products I have used. I know recruiting has a bad reputation for many candidates, but GR is really trying to change that and change the industry by highlighting and putting the good recruiters in a different playing field, and making it easy for candidates and clients to see that you, and your firm, do things the right way. Lastly, it is by far the best use of social media for us. They make it easy to post great reviews from my team on all social platforms, and it by far gets the most comments and views. The proof is in the pudding. I have wanted for a very long time to show people that I (and my team) am different - that we care, we listen, we are all the things GR measures, and it helps promote it both internally and externally! I get a report that shows all reviews and if any are less that what we expect, we have a meeting. Social Media - if helps show others what we are doing and how we are different, and that we care.
