GRCTrail is a compliance operations platform built in Europe, for European companies — one place to run GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and ISO 42001 programmes instead of spreadsheets, shared drives and reminder emails. Most GRC software is designed around US frameworks and hosted on US infrastructure. GRCTrail starts at the other end: European regulation first, EU hosting by default, and a roadmap that follows what EU companies are actually asked for — GDPR, ISO 27001, the EU AI Act, NIS2, and ENS for Spanish public-sector suppliers. Available today: GDPR operations — full control set, RoPA, DPIAs, and DSAR intake via public form or monitored inbox, routed and tracked against statutory deadlines. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 — Annex A and Trust Services controls with cross-framework mapping: one control and its evidence satisfies every framework it applies to, instead of being duplicated per certification. Automated technical checks — connect AWS, Hetzner Cloud and GitHub to discover assets and run scheduled checks that feed control status and evidence. Teams can also push results from their own CI pipeline and turn them into auditor-ready evidence. Audit-ready by default — every control has an owner, due date, review cycle and immutable audit trail. Auditors get direct access to review controls and evidence — no zip files over email. Gaps surface before the audit, not during it. Policies, vendors and risk — policy drafting through employee acknowledgement; a sub-processor register with DPAs and review cycles; a risk register linked to the controls and assets it affects. Trust Center — a public page for customers covering certifications, sub-processors and documents, plus AI-assisted security questionnaire answering drawn from your own policies and controls. Built for EU SaaS companies facing their first enterprise security questionnaire, funded startups preparing for due diligence, and DPOs and compliance consultants running several client programmes at once.
