It has the most comprehensive data on conferences, which one to attend, which one we might have missed, and attendee/demographic breakdown. Data is constantly updated and accurate. Exhibitor/attendee data is a classic 101 scam. Made-up/missing data, typos, poor verifications are the norm. Grazeai actually delivers - not every conference, sometimes not 100% of exhibitors/attendees - but they actually do it, good consistent data that has extremely strong signals. Literally got signed contacts with 2 large banks (people who historically ignore us) from this. Most comprehensive tool in the market so far. Whenever we sponsor an event, the attendee list is riddled with incomplete fields - typos, initials instead of full names, or missing data entirely. We used to pay human researchers to clean it up, but at scale the process became inconsistent and nearly impossible, especially as some data vanished from the web. GrazeAI Researcher solves this with far more accurate results. They will type their job title in 4 different ways on 4 sites, leave incomplete data, have typos, and generally make my life a nightmare. We used to spend tens of thousands of dollars on swags (pens, water bottles, contest prizes) and side events, but they were very hit-and-miss. Being able to segment and reach out to candidates after a conference has been a game-changer. Marketing and recruiting can now craft personalized notes instead of your generic “Dear Attendee…”, and I can easily track attribution and justify our event approach to our CFO. We tried a bunch of tools to enrich a trade show attendee list, but the end results were inaccurate; typos were not detected, generic company names were matched with websites in the wrong industry, and some data was just outdated. Graze helped me figure out who to reach out to in a conference with 13,000 people. We realized only 28 people were in our target ICP, and being able to target them led to a $200k deal. We sponsor events year-round but picking which event can be challenging to decide. We use Grase.ai to filter for the ones that have our target audience, and augment the data organizers give us for better context. Evaluating prospective sponsors involves the painful process of prospecting them from incomplete sources, judging their interest level, estimating their event-marketing budgets, and factoring in side-events. We used GrazeAI to find sponsors that have a large budget, went to adjacent events, and had a large/corner booth. Our “Platinum” sponsors increased from 3 to 10 this year as a result.
