Gratuity Solutions is a software platform that automates gratuity calculation, distribution, and reporting for hospitality operators. The system has three primary components: GratSync, a patented data-sync agent that connects point-of-sale, payroll, and time-and-attendance systems without third-party connectors; GratShare, which calculates and distributes tip pools using point-, hour-, or role-based pooling methods and produces audit trails for each distribution; and PayDay Portal, which delivers earnings to tipped employees through five payout methods (PayCard, Cash, Direct to Bank, Visa Direct ATM, and Payroll Push). The platform supports documentation for FLSA tip-credit and tip-pooling compliance, integrates with 180+ partner endpoints across POS, payroll, and HCM categories, and provides reporting tools for multi-location operators. Customers include restaurants, bars, hotels, casinos, and enterprise hospitality brands. Founded in 2009 in Naples, Florida, the company serves 15,000+ hospitality locations and has processed over $16 billion in gratuity disbursements since inception. The core sync technology is covered by U.S. Patent 9,741,050. Headquarters: 3520 Kraft Road, Unit #200, Naples, FL 34105. Contact: info@gratsync.com, 800-970-4728.
