Being able to filter prospects using the many available filters on Grata allows me to be incredibly granular with information from a variety of sources. Grata has been an essential tool for our firm. We use it daily and have not come across another tool as powerful and search capabilities (google on steroids) . The scraping tool and similar companies function is by far the best on the market. The team is always open to feedback and we are in continuous contact with them on how we utilize the platform. Katerina has been extremely helpful and quick to respond when we have questions. The platform is intuitive, self-serviceable, always improving, easy to navigate and able to narrow targeted searches. Their team is proactive and easy to work with, and the data quality is superior to that of many competitors. The filters in the search tool are easily manipulable and can get appropriately granular. The similar companies search feature isn't yet smart enough to be truly useful and critical pieces of data, like ownership, are occasionally incorrect. 90-95% of the time, Grata's data is accurate, but the nature of our business means that acting on an incorrect piece can mean a lost deal, so I have to verify manually.
