Some text messages get archived before I've read them. The mobile app doesn't sync properly with the website. **Recommendations to others considering Grasshopper:** Do more research before you choose this option. **What problems is Grasshopper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a business phone number that isn't my cell number. ### 2. It doesn’t always track the calls through grasshopper to return phone calls. **What problems is Grasshopper solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am helping my clients be able to reach me wherever I am.
